Whitt gave us quick and friendly service. Informed us of everything he see was doing. Very professional.

Zack was on time and presented a very professional appearance. He changed my filters and performed the required maintenance and inspection of my furnace in a timely manner. He explained exactly what he did so that I could understand. I was very impressed with the service.

My Husband and I built our home three years ago and received warranties on everything in our house. Our air went out a week ago and was rudely told by another company that we had to pay $1,850 to get our air fixed. My husband called Comfort Systems of York County and Autumn sent Jordan and Zach over to do a free 2nd opinion. After Jordan was able to confirm the issue he had Autumn give us our quote of $600, more than half of the original quote. Autumn ordered the part and had Zach bring us a window AC Unit until the part came in. The part came in a week later and Jordan came back and officially saved the day! Autumn, Jordan, and Zach my husband and I greatly appreciate all of your hard work!

I had never used or heard of this company until it was time for a new unit. I called a local company in Clover and they left me hanging for 2 weeks. It was the middle of July and temps INSIDE my house had reached 88 degrees! So I called Comfort. They came out the next morning to assess my unit. They filled me with enough freon to last until they were able to come out (week later) and install the new unit. Customer care!! Everything was $500 cheaper than the company in Clover. Quick efficient friendly...I can't say enough. STEPHANIE, AUTUMN, JORDAN, MIKE AND MATT are THE BEST!! Thanks for all you did for me.

Todd was very professional and knowledgeable. He help diagnose a problem I've had for quite some time with my cooling system. He took his time to explain the process and I appreciate his wealth of experience. Overall great experience with a great company.

This man was amazing! So friendly and polite. He was very soft spoken and funny, he treated us like decent people, so much friendlier than the last man. Todd was so nice and he took the time to explain everything. He is the only one I would request to come out again.
