Received same day service from Comfort Systems, and Daniel G was AWESOME! He answered every question I had, often before I even had time to ask it. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing, and never made me feel like he was just trying to crank out a service call and get to the next one. There was no sales pitch and no pressure at all. We just moved to the area and have been discussing finding a local HVAC company to get on a service plan. We signed up with Comfort Systems’ plan based on the amazing experience we had with Daniel G. Stop reading reviews and give them a call right now!

I just have to brag on Jordan and team at comfort heating and air. Jordan has always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The first time he came out they replaced our whole system because our old unit had finally given out on us. He was so easy to work with the entire time. He also came out to help us set up our thermostat so it worked the way we wanted it to. I just want to thank the crew from the installation to the sales force. They have always been nothing but amazing!

I received a call that it was time to renew my Comfort Club twice yearly inspections and the service person came when expected. I especially appreciate that I received a call first so I knew when to expect them. What I appreciated even more was Jamal's professional, quick service. He explained everything he checked and gave me a list of the checks he had conducted; best of all, he was not "hard-sell" on the various recommendations he felt would benefit my system. I will, as circumstances permit, be looking into those recommendations, but I really respected his being up front about the costs and available financing without pushing me to sign on the dotted line right then. One more thing, Jamal put everything back together, including the blower cover, which I cannot say had always been the case before. If he is representative of the caliber of service personnel Comfort Systems is presently employing, I expect they are going to have a lot of satisfied customers..

Awesome job by Jamal and Tim in removing all of our old equipment. Professional and efficient. Shaun and Shane arrived shortly before the removal was completed and they are here now installing our new system. Can't say enough good things about this company and all their employees. Highly recommend them.
The install was completed on July 16th. Jamal and Marcellus did an outstanding job in getting the work completed even though they had to work from 10:30am to 8:00pm. Wonderful fellows who kept smiling throughout the day. Great team work!

Jamal came out today to replace a fan blower motor that had been running constantly for 2 yrs. He was very kind courteous and professional. He was also very informative and knowledgeable about what he was doing and why he was doing. Great technician would recommended Comfort Systems of York to anyone looking for great service and great people.

We needed a system replacement that was covered through our home warranty -- Jordan and the team helped every step of the way and never complained about my zillion phone calls. Once we had approval from the HW company, they arranged everything very quickly and had our system running again the next day. Comfort Systems is our only go to guys!

We are a member of the Comfort Club and have been very satisfied with their service. We recently had to have our downstairs gas pack replaced. Bryon and Jimmy came out to do the work, and they were very professional. They worked hard over the 3 days that it took to install our new unit and the duct work under our house which also had to be replaced. They cleaned up every day before they left our house and did a fantastic job, everything looks more professional than the original installation. We are glad that we switched our contract to Comfort Systems of York County.

I can not say enough nice things about Jamal with Comfort Systems of York County! He was so nice, professional, hard working, knowledgeable
and really took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He got my AC system up and running perfectly even though he encountered many problems along the way. Working in my attic to fix my AC in South Carolina summer heat is NOT an easy job but he did it with a smile on his face the whole time. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
