I had a new Coil installed and had some small issues post installation but Comfort Systems of York County immediately had Mike come out to address the issue. He found the issue quickly and corrected it - thanks Mike! The owner, Matthew, also came by to check on everything, which was a surprise but shows the level of care they provide!
Nick Pope and Aaron arrived on time and did their work efficiently. Nick communicated any issues clearly in layman's terms with photos of the situation at hand. He was polite and respected my home by keeping clean when he walked inside. We have regularly been pleased with the service from Comfort!

I didn't have to do anything and as soon as the part was in he came back and fixed it. I'm not a review person, but had to put this out there for them. Nick was punctual, professional and courteous. He got our heating system back up and running, cleaned our filter, and explained to us all our options for the future. He wore a mask the whole time, even without us having to ask him to do so. The whole thing took less than an hour and was very reasonably priced. We will definitely use Comfort in the future, and are even considering joining their Comfort Club for additional savings. Thanks, Nick!
I called Comfort Systems and explained my problem. At the time my husband and I thought it should be an easy repair as our home is only 5 years old. The receptionist Stephany said she would have someone here today at about 4.
Jordan arrived and did his thing...BRILLIANTLY! The only problem was the system needed a repair of about $1500 and no guarantee as the system was a mess. So we opted for a new system.
Two days later our new system is here and Mike and D'Vincent start with the install. Of course during the install Mike discovered mold in the duct work. He showed my husband and they discussed what to do that this does not occur again.
In closing, we are elderly and we have had many repairs in our past homes. NEVER have we had service that goes above and beyond! Thank you for sending ud Jordan D'Vincent and Mike to our home!! A job well done!!
Daniel came out for a call on my unit and it was fried. Only would turn on for 30 seconds at a time (the board was toast). The unit was 16 years old so I knew it was on its last leg. He showed me the issue(s) with the old board and wires and told me it was likely from a power surge. He then advised me that he could repair my unit, but could not promise that there might not be other issues (again the unit is 16 years old and I have been patching this thing up for awhile). For the cost of repair it didn't make since to keep patching this one up, so he helped me out big time selecting the right unit for my home. He asked many questions like did your old unit keep my house cool ( it did but struggled every summer. Running non stop. Pushing my power bill $300+ most summers.) After many other questions and a fair price we picked a unit that is doing great at my house. The install guys and technician were awesome. Very friendly, answered any questions I had, and fixed a waterline issue I didn't know I had. Jordan called me after taking his own time to run to Lowe's to grab a fitting for a water pipe under the house that had broke while the install was happening. Then took his time to look at the rest of them to let me know the situation (hard water eating the fittings). Anyways thank you very much comfort system for helping me out. You guys don't get enough credit.
AC units have been on the go for a while now. Working with Matt we planned two new units and install. Mike and Jimmy did awesome work and finished as scheduled. Meticulous job! Jordan and Nick came to finish up finals and we're awesome! Highly recommend this company!
