Our air conditioner broke down on Sunday. Called Comfort Systems on Monday. Got a quote that same day and was scheduled for install the next day. The technicians, Jimmy and Mike, were friendly and knowledgeable about the system and installed it in a very timely manner. In all, we were very satisfied and would recommend them to all!

This company is awesome! Called after hours and Jordan drove an hour here to fix the problem. He said he had drive an hour and half home. Thank God for Jordan and this company! I will always do business with them! Appreciate what you do!

Comfort Systems has done wonderful work for us in the two years we have lived here. They are very prompt, responsive, and thorough. Every technician sent is friendly, takes care to not leave any dirt/dust in the house, and explains things to us in a way we can understand. Josh just replaced our A/C system for us today. We highly recommend them!

Had another company come over and "Gently" check my AC Unit. That company quoted me $3000 to fix my unit. I called Comfort this morning at 8am and they had Jordan over by 10am to do a FREE second opinion! He checked everything out and had everything fixed and running in less than a hour. The great thing is it was only $400! They saved me so much time and everyone was so friendly. I will always call Comfort for my AC needs. Jordan Dobson was responsible for the replacing the thermostat for our system. He didn't have one on his truck so he drove all the way to Columbia to pick-up a new one so we wouldn't be without heat for the weekend. He installed the new thermostat and explained how to use it. He did an excellent job. Comfort Systems have been our service provider for many years. They service our system in the spring and fall. I highly recommend their service.

Had a leak in my ceiling below the system in the attic and Nick came out and discovered that my a/c drainage wasn't properly installed by the original a/c company that installed the system before I purchased the house. It was draining into a main sewer line which was causing the a/c drain to back up and leak through my ceiling. The main sewer pipe needed to be unclogged by a plumber. I called a plumber to unclog the drain and he didn't want to crawl around in the attic so I called Nick and he talked to the plumber and told him exactly how to get to the pipe he needed to unclog.

After the plumber left the a/c wasn't working properly so I called Comfort Systems again and the next day Jordan arrived to assess the situation and found a small leak in the evaporator coil. He replaced the evaporation coil / filled the system up with freon and replaced a faulty safety switch. He also discovered that the company that I had complete a pre-summer maintenance on my a/c didn't clean the coils on the outside unit which was preventing the system from running as efficient as it should. So he cleaned it properly and the difference it made in the time it took for the house to cool off was impressive. I've had numerous companies work on my a/c unit over the years, but with people like Nick and Jordan at Comfort Systems I won't be using anyone else but them from now on.

Want to pass along this update. Just had my summer tuneup and Daniel came out and completed the full inspection and made sure the system is ready for the summer. Every technician that has been sent here by this company is fantastic and Daniel is no exception to that. Great service.

Had my winter checkup appointment on Friday 10/22. Was happy when I saw that Nick was the technician that was assigned to my house. He did a thorough checkup as he always does and assessed any issues and provided some good recommendations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service

I worked with Glenn for a replacement furnace recently. Josh and Ronny were the installers. The whole experience from beginning to end was quick and easy. Price was fair, service was excellent. Josh and crew were polite and professional and left not a spec of dust or dirt. I will definitely do business with Comfort Systems in the future and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

Josh from Comfort Systems came out to service my AC this afternoon. He was timely, polite, and did an excellent job. I have used comfort systems for many years and am very happy with their service and products.

Jimmy and Mike came over inspected the duct work, cleaned the drains, and changed the capacitors on the compressors on both of the external units. They also cleaned the condensers to maintain good air flow. They were courteous and professional and generally a pleasure to work with.
It is so good to feel confident in dealing with a company that wants to provide good service.
