My experience with Vertex has been very good. The person who answers the phone and schedules the appointment does a great job at that. In the past few weeks Vito and Glenn have completed repairs on separate visits, and I am very satisfied with their work.

Cesar was professional and thorough while explaining the maintenance being done on our gas furnace. We appreciate Vertex and it's employees and have found over 15 years that they are a reputable and reliable company.

I was called out on an emergency at the time our repair was made so I was not here when it was repaired. I did get a call when he would arrive and I returned to find the job finished. Everything was working, cleaned up in perfect shape and an explanation of what was done. A very professional job. Thank you !

I called Vertex after my regular HVAC company told me it would cost me $2200 to replace a $150 part for my Geothermal system. I called Vertex for a second opinion. They were able to have someone show up within 2 hours. Mike their service tech arrived and started to diagnose my system. Mike spent a couple hours and walked me through what he did which cost me only $400 versus the $2200 my previous service company wanted for a repair that did not need to be done. Mike was very professional and great at explaining what he did. Definitely plan on using Vertex in the future.

We chose Vertex to install our Geothermal system because of their personalized quote with explanations and details. Nathan was expressive and helpful from the start. They came right out to talk through our system and we're solution-oriented when we disagreed about duct locations. They had a short lead time and we're professional when on site. We really appreciate them explaining all options and helping US make decisions with all the information.
