We've been using this company for many years now. Everyone we have encountered has gone above and beyond on everything we've ever needed. From the person who picks up the phone to the techs who come to the house, they're all top notch. I would recommend them to anyone given the chance.

My furnace stopped working and I contacted Rodney Good. What a great experience I had with everyone there. As it turned out, my furnace needed a part that had to be ordered. It was expedited and installed the next day. I cannot express enough my satisfaction and appreciation I have for this company.

When this occurred, I first called the company who did the installation. I was told they would not come out because I wasn’t a contract customer. Thankfully a friend told me about Rodney Good. From the initial call to having my furnace up and running, I was treated like a long time customer. They arrived at my house first thing the next day.

Rodney Good is an honest company with great people and fair prices. I will be a lifetime customer!

As a technical support representative for distributor I was there to assist with system design. Great to work with them before the installation. Prevents problems after.

Great service !!
Wind blew the antenna off the roof and it fell on our heat pump, punching holes in the pump. A crew of 4 came and installed a new heat pump in roughly 3 hrs., keeping us from dealing with a cold house as temperatures drop tomorrow . The men were very courteous, informative and did all the clean up required. I reccomend Rodney J Good Mechanical to everyone!

We had our AC not working on a week where the temperature was going to be in the mid 90’s. Called on Monday morning and they were here and we were up and repaired by 9:30am!
