Our furnace would not continue to run so I called and left a message on the emergency line. Eli (the technician on call) returned my phone call within 20 minutes and said he needed to finish the job he was on, then he had to go back to the shop and grab some parts and he would be at our house in an hour and a half. He was indeed here within that time frame and in no time at all he had our furnace up and running!
Eli was very courteous, professional and friendly and an employee that Ressler & Mateer is blessed to have!
We have been dealing with Ressler & Mateer since we built our house 15 years ago and they have never disappointed us! Great company to do business with that cares about their customers!

Had some hot water heating lines removed/ routed different. Two people were there to work. One of which claimed he was training and knew nothing about the job yet. Yet I was still charged for man hours for two guys at full rate. Some of the work was done well and other parts of the job were very sloppy and needed redone. After hearing bad stories about the business I cut my losses. I would never again use them!

Ramon was quick to respond to an early morning call for a heating issue on a Saturday . He was professional, friendly and quick to diagnose the issue and get things back in working order. Ressler and Mateer - you are lucky to have someone like Ramon working for you. Keep him happy and he will keep your customers happy! Thank you Ramon!!!

James was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and competently. He had the courtesy to ware booties in the house. He checked the filter and on finding it clean since it was replaced recently, he asked us if we needed filters for the unit, and let us know R&M could supply them if needed. He handled the payment transaction quickly and without a hitch. Thank you James!

Tito was wonderful! He spend a lot of time figuring out each individual issue & fixing/ cleaning a few. He not only took the time to explain everything to me but he even repaired a few items other, more expensive businesses said couldn’t he repaired. Thank you for your kindness & patience!

We had a gas furnace in one of our locations that would not lite and heat. Ryan was able to troubleshoot the problem as a bad igniter. He was able to get an igniter and get us up and operating. Thank you for your quick service and timely repairs. GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Called for an estimate. Salesman called me back. Arrived within specified time. Knowledgable. Listened to our objectives. Sent pricing out within a few hours. We're currently reviewing the estimate.
