Ressler & Mateer

Jeremy came out yesterday morning to take a look at my water heater, and was very polite/respectful. As it turns out, I needed to have my entire water tank/heater replaced. Ressler & Mateer fit my needs in for this morning (less than 24 hours later!), and Frank came out to replace it. Frank was very courteous and professional, and completed the job with no issues. He took care to clean up after himself, and communicated well with me.

James and Joel were very helpful, Knowles able, respectful, patient. It was a teaching situation for one tech. Problem and resolution explained.

Our service tech was on time and very thorough. Although our unit could not be fixed he immediately put us in touch with someone who could help us with a new unit. He was courteous and respectful to the sleeping baby upstairs. I highly recommend Ressler and Mateer.

The message below is a previous one and it still stands. Your technicians are the best! As a matter of fact I have continually recommended your organization to many people. However, the other day a friend called me and mentioned that she was at the Sheetz in Brownstown and had to wait a long time to gas up because Ressler Mateer trucks appartenly had come in to gas up and blocked all the pumps while they were inside getting their breakfast sandwiches. You might ask them to be a little more aware. I still love you!!!

Very professional, it was refreshing to actually speak to someone when I called for service verses a computer option voice system, saving me time. Solved my problem in a timely manner. There technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Ressler & Mateer for your HVAC needs.

I've used Ressler & Mateer for over 26 years. Their service techs are always professional and on-time. I've had times when I had to call off hours and a number of times, their on-call tech was able to talk me thru what needed to be done. Their quality and skill has never been a question and I never feel like I'm being "sold" something that isn't needed. They are considerate of our home and ensure they take the necessary steps to leave it in a cleaner condition than when they arrived.

Euronel was excellent today. He explained what he was going to do and had already made notice of the location of all the areas he would need to service. When he finished, he explained what his findings were and offered suggestions on keeping the unit in the best working condition.

Emergency repair in the kitchen. Who do you call???? Ressler & Mateer! They showed up within an hour of my call, fix my problem, and wished me a happy holiday. It doesn’t get better than that.

Got home from work on a Saturday evening to find that a power outage had fried our thermostat and my 86 year old handicapped husband had been enduring the the better part of a day without air conditioning….the house was 93 degrees and he was sitting out on the deck for much of the day. I was was able to reach Euro at Ressler and Matteer. He was very responsive and helpful and was able to re arrange his schedule to come out much sooner than anticipated and was able to install a temporary thermostat so that we did not have to stay in a motel until repairs were made.
Euro was very pleasant even though I was frustrated and not as polite as I should have been….thank you for your patience Euro!!!!

Wow. Came here to leave a review because sometimes businesses get bad reviews for no good reason. I see that that's not necessary for Ressler and Mateer!

Let me add to the chorus. These people are outstanding. We had a complete heating (gas) and A/C system replaced. We were switching from oil. They did a great job getting rid of all the old equipment and oil tank with zero damage to the house. The new equipment was installed very neatly. No "shortcuts". Looks and works great.

The whole interaction with them, from the initial sales call right on through to the installation was perfect. We also had some additional work done after installation, and a manufacturer problem that showed up a year later was corrected flawlessly.

The price was reasonable for everything. Highly recommended. We would definitely use them again.

Had Frank come out to service our waterfall water softner
that Ressler and Mateer installed in 2018. They checked a new
water heater that was just installed by Ressler and Mateer this year.
Our hot water was making a hissing and spitting air noise.
Long story short, there was nothing wrong with either systems
they feel it was our township shutting off water somewhere
which caused the hissing sound. They checked water temps
and bacteria in water which were all ok
Frank did a great job of explaining everything to me and my wife.
He was very polite and knowledgeable
