I regret ever contacting Ressler & Mateer to service my heating system. The technician, without much trouble shooting, immediately jumped to the conclusion that I needed to replace my entire heating and a/c unit. I was charged (robbed) of $150. for absolutely nothing. The next day, I had another HVAC company come to evaluate the situation. Within a short time of due diligence, the competent and honest technician, detected the problem. It was a minor leak on an external hose...an easy, inexpensive fix, in contrast to your company's advice to replace a 10K Geothermal System. It's a disgrace that this is your practice, to deceive customers, without even putting an effort into the job that you were called to my home to conduct.

We had two plumbing needs and Justin was awesome. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, patient. He handled both jobs flawlessly and was patient with my questions, taking time to show me and explain what he was doing. Top notch technician. Five all the way.
