The team at Ressler & Mateer are very knowledgeable and budget conscious. In our 1980's vintage home, we have had R&M replace our heat pump, water heater, toilets and repair faucets/piping over the past 5 years. Once Sunday, we made an urgent call about an issue with water main, and got advice over the phone, at no charge, to solve the issue! We know we can count on them to guide us to the best use of our dollar. They are prompt, courteous and efficient. Great value, for sure!

Always professional and respectful—I love the text notification saying the “named” technician is on his way! While here to perform the annual maintenance on the AC, the technician addressed a concern about our humidifier that is attached to the furnace—Going above and beyond what was required. Thanks!

Dave arrived on time. He wore booties on his shoes, plus put down tarps on our carpet. I feel that he did a very thorough inspection. He found one bad part and replaced it immediately. I like that he is proactive in keeping our heat pump working properly. I have been using Ressler & Mateer to service my HVAC equipment at my home and business for over 20 years!

What a great company! Steve just finished installing a new water heater for me and he was above and beyond professional. I had an opportunity to talk to him and learned some important information about my new purchase. I really appreciated him taking a little time to talk to me.

Our water heater stopped working. The next day Steve stopped by our home to access the situation. He was courteous, professional, and did a great job explaining what had happened to our water heater. Because it wasn't repairable, Steve came out a few days later and installed a new one. We use Ressler and Mateer for all of our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs!

Ressler and Mateer have provided me with excellent customer service with honest answers and how do I know they are honest; because they did not try to upsell me on what i currently own. They gave purely objective answers. I would and will recommend the company and their services to people in the area.

We had an air conditioning unit that was not cooling as it should. Original system was installed by Ressler & Mateer close to 28 years ago and the air unit was replaced 13 years ago. They took my call immediately and were able to schedule a technician for the following day. Mr. Silva was able to arrive early and was quick to diagnose the problem - low refrigerant due to a small, slow leak somewhere in the system. As Winter is closing in, we opted to refill the refrigerant. Mr. Silva took care of it immediately and even cleaned our condensation pump. The unit is now cooling the house properly. Ressler & Mateer has always been a professional organization and Mr. Silva did them proud - excellent all around. Thanks for the outstanding service!

Jesse and Euro came to our home to repair our furnace and did a tremendous job. They were professional, courteous and obviously very knowledgeable about their job. They also answered my questions and explained why the system had failed. Thank you Jesse and Euro for a job well done!!!

We have used Ressler & Mateer for seven years. We had a new service man this time by the name of Frank, and he was wonderful.
He performed a whole house plumbing inspection and replaced our Big Blue water filter. We use them for all our plumbing needs as well as our AC and heating geothermal system. Very pleased and recommend highly.
