Les Weaver's team did a great job with installing our new AC System. Our old unit was 33 years old and was somehow still running, but struggled to keep the house cool. I asked them to upgrade the AC unit and also install a new air handler/heat pump since our house was also relying on baseboard heat. With our new system it can easily hold the set temperature and it runs much more efficiently.

Alex and his team put in a new dual source heating system for us. They were great to work with and did a good job with our setup. Alex went over how the system works and how to use the new wifi thermostat. Our house feels warmer and we can keep it at a lower temperature.

Had to have my entire motor replaced in my AC unit. They came and took it apart and replaced the motor. I also wanted a digital thermostat installed. They didn't install the thermostat and the guy told me I'd have to call to have that done another day because he was unaware of it. The flex tubing was pulled off and I had to have them come out a third time just to have it put back on then they charged me to put it back on. Spoke with someone there and they said it must have "fell off" and that's why I'm being charged AGAIN. I know for a fact that this was not true because before they ever came out to look at it I had Cocalico Heating and Plumbing do some work on it prior to Les Weaver working on it. That's how I knew it needed a new motor. CHP got it running for the time being while I looked at different options for cooling the house such as a ductless mini split system. Everything was fine because the guy from CHP showed me everything that was going on and took me under to look at the old ducts and how they start to get holes in them which obviously meant I was losing heat/cold air (trying to show me the benefits of having a ductless system). Then another person from CHP came out to give me an estimate on the ductless system and we AGAIN went under the house to look at the condition of the ducts. Everything was still attached and in place. When the first technician came out from Les Weaver he couldn't even find where the power supply was for the AC unit. He waited for another technician to come while I showed him where the power came from. I also had to remove a piece of the skirting so he could look under the house and guess what? It was still attached then as well. Looks like it's going to be up to the Better Business Bureau to decide. I knew there were some dishonest people out there but seriously? I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Update - 8/20/2017

AC does not work again. They "fixed it" not even 2 months ago. I will never use them again. They have no clue what they are doing. Avoid them like the plague!

Rude unprofessional! Does not respond when their systems break down! System less than 2 years old and gave me attitude about coming out to look at it. Responded it is not even hot out. Well my house sits in the sun so internal temp is 85 with kids and pets. Regardless! It is broke I am home in the evenings and you have an on call person I expect it to be looked at within a reasonable time. Stay away!!!
