Arrived early, I like that, freed up the rest of my day. Technician was respectful and courteous. Informative with my questions and suggestions of my equipment. Didn't leave a mess. Tech was also polite and friendly. This is the way service should be done. Highly recommend UGI👍

Great job. Prompt and courteous. Tech discovered a recalled part issue. He ordered the part and was back 2 days later to install new part.
Maintenance contract worth the price!

I have had a service contract since 1993 but never needed any servicing. However this past year I needed the heating module of my HVAC system repaired. UGI came and fixed it and based upon my service contract I did not have to pay anything extra. The service was done professionally and quickly while the issue and remediation was explained to me. Well worth the service contract.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of the tech Josh who came out to my home. He spent a lot of time and fixed my issue with my central air unit. Definitely went above and beyond, those units tend to be very complicated but he took one step at a time to fix the issue. I highly recommend Ugi HVAC and to buy a service contract.

Customer service is not helpful at all. I replaced AC units at my home (one was done properly) and the Freon leaked. They sent a technician out and instead of making sure the installation is correctly done, they charged me for Freon top up. After many many many calls and requests, they finally sent someone out to fix their own screw up.
Another frustration: I called them 6 times and emailed at least 10 for the past 12 months requesting the invoices for said services with no luck. It's been a year and I still trying to obtain the invoices from them. Simply unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give them negative stars! They just collect money and run: don't give a damn about anything else. Very disappointing and frustrating!

I am very happy with everything UGi has done for me. I have been a very satisfied customer since 2010 and am happy to refer everything they have done for me. We had problems when a new manufactured home air conditioner was set on location and they did everything necessary with the manufacture to replace need parts and continue to work to have it running in perfect condition. I will give them a Five ***** rating. Thanks everyone your work is appreciated.

Our humidifier stopped functioning. Although it was no emergency, a service tech was at our home in 2 days. He actually called me to see if he could come earlier than the scheduled time. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the problems, had the parts and made the necessary repairs. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very clean. He explained all that he did and how to maintain it for the future. All in all a great experience.

UGI services our annual maintenance on our A/C, furnace and water heater. They are always on time, very professional and helpful with questions we may have and always leave the work areas clean. They keep our equipment in good working order.

I have a service agreement with UGI and had the misfortune to have to use it lately. I called UGI in the morning and by early afternoon there was a repair tech at my door and within an hour he fixed the furnace and checked everything out and was on his way. This was not the first time over the years I have had to call UGI for a problem and the service was always great. I would recommend UGI for heating, air conditioning and hot water maintenance and repairs.
