    Called at 6 am for emergency boiler repair. Was willing to eat the $209 Sunday service call+ and was put on “the list”.
    Received call at 3:30 pm to be told their contracted customers come first & no one will be out today & wanted to let me know... so I could call someone else. On a Sunday. 9 and a half hours wasted waiting... piss poor way to run a business. Thanks for stringing me along all day with 2 feet of snow coming now & no heat. I will be sure to let everyone I know about my experience.

    My husband and I have carried the annual service contract on our gas heater, water heater, and air conditioner for years. We were recently reminded how valuable our UGI contract was when our heater fan motor malfunctioned during the first cold snap of the fall.
    We were impressed with the fast, courteous, professional service we received. The service technician was here about an hour and a half and was able to fix the problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UGI and their service contract.

    John was our service technician. He arrived promptly when expected and diagnosed the problem exactly. He had to have a part ordered for our unit due to the age. They were successful in finding the part and returned as soon as possible to install. Everything went very smooth. Exactly why we purchase a maintenance plan every year.

    Excellent customer service!!! We noticed our hot water heater leaking on Saturday morning. I called UGI at the local Reading phone number at 10:00 am. They had someone at our house within 15 minutes! The technician came to see what was going on and confirmed that we did need a new heater. He called in and scheduled a Comfort Consultant to come to our house and give us an estimate. The consultant arrived within 30 minutes! He told us what all we would need and we agreed with everything. He called in and got another technician to bring out the new hot water heater, which arrived within an hour! So from the time we called at 10:00 am, we had all the work completed and a new hot water heater up and running by 2:30 pm! Everyone was very friendly, quick and professional and we highly recommend this UGI location!

    As a side note, I did call the 877-UGI-HVAC first and the gentleman I spoke to was absolutely no help and was rude. So I looked online and found the local Reading number and called them, which I'm so glad I did otherwise we still would be with no hot water and possibly a flooded basement.

    My AC stopped working and they provided service the next morning. Matt provided honest and professional opinion. It was thankfully just a minor issue.
    But he took his time to answer all my questions honestly and did not push for unnecessary services. We are planning on getting a new ac and furnace soon in the near future so I hope this experience is just as good.

    The spring check-up provided by our UGI technician was thorough and professional. He provided useful recommendations, was courteous, and polite. We are on an annual service contract which gives us peace of mind and priority in the event of unforeseen circumstance or emergency. We are extremely pleased with our experience and relationship with UGI.

    I called for an appointment and was able to secure one on the same day. The technician called ahead to let us know he'd be here in 10 minutes. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the situation with the air conditioner and was able to fix the problem within 15 minutes. Very professional, efficient and friendly service.

    The man who cleaned my furnace was very professional there was a spark plug that had one out in the furnace he replaced that at no charge and now since he cleaned the furnace I don't have to turn the heat up to 80 to heat the house I turn it up to 72 and everything is 👍🏼

    Giving UGI a poor review. We got the run-around when scheduling a missed HVAC inspection (which we were not even contacted by UGI to reschedule), and got asked by UGI if we had any COVID symptoms or if anyone was sick, but the UGI tech did not even have a mask on when he entered our home. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. How are we supposed to know if the technician has been exposed to the virus, and he shows up without a mask on and enters our home? We even have a 10 month old child. Very poor business and unprofessional.

    Editing to add that the technician failed to inform us that our HVAC had a leak and then the entire unit froze overnight. I called UGI and they sent a tech out. We threatened to cancel our service plan with the manager who then offered a free year of another service plan. No thanks, we are done with UGI!
