UGI Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

We had a Mitsubishi mini-split system installed in late April. Installation was done professionally and follow up excellent. Service techs friendly and on time.

If I could I would rate 0 stars
I called at 9am
Was told someone would be out that day (my furnace stopped working )
I explained to them that I have 3 children and it was getting extremely cold in the house
By 3:30 still never heard back from the company so I called and answering service said they would have someone contact an hour later still no response so I called again
Same thing someone will contact me .
Long story short 24 hrs later and I still have not received a response
But thank the Lord the heat kicked back on

I have them clean and check furnace and water heater each year.

Great service. Very professional. Technicians where knowledgeable, and explained what was wrong and also suggested several preventetive services. I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of it. Highly recommend!

I always have great service from UGI...from initial phone call to make appointment to arrival of the service tech to the work he does until he leaves :)

We have had a service agreement for many years. Service people are always professional and helpful. You can count on them day or night, holiday, snow, sleet or rain. !

I had an outage during a summer storm. When power came on my ac didn't work. I called Ugi for service and they were at my house in 30 minutes!

My problem was handled in a timely manner. Part ordered and new one replaced in a few days. Great technician who knew his job. Thank you
