UGI Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

My central AC stopped working on a Thursday,I went online to set up an appointment and they called me back in 10 minutes. Service tech was out next day and had it fixed in less than an hour. Very impressed

We lost heat the day of a big snowstorm, and UGI was amazing. I never thought that they would be able to send someone out so quickly, but Josh came out in the messy weather and fixed our problem. I can't say enough about how responsive he was and how knowledgeable he is. Thank you, UGI!

I had UGI install a gas heating system and hot water heater. The service was timely and professional. All of the components have been functioning well and the installation was impeccable. The technician was courteous and professional. Overall it as an excellent experience.

UGI Heating, Cooling and Plumbing installed our new water heater and we could not be happier! The entire experience from start to finish was flawless. When I called UGI to let them know our water heater was rusted out and leaking all over the floor of the basement, they had an estimator out there just a few hours later. The scheduled the install around Our schedule and it was done in less than a day! The installer knew what he was doing and was very friendly and personal. He even installed a new venting pipe and make it closer to the wall so it's not in the way of our heads anymore! He really want above and beyond the level of service we expected. He took away the old water heater so we didn't have to deal with disposing of that and he left no mess! Very pleased.

Maintenance - means maintain, clean, and adhere to conditions of a contract. NOT DONE !! In all fairness to the employee "Joe" (who has been the ONLY ONE who seems to know what he is doing!!) who has been to my parents 2X - and who really made my parents happy and SAFE. Other than that, their equipment was NOT maintained which made them nervous to even turn on the heat! Thank God someone ("Joe"), out of the many who "serviced" and/or maintained their equipment, was actually a professional and really knew his stuff. I hope I got his name right. Shame on you UGI, taking advantage of elders - star goes to the good guy, not the company he works for!!

Performed annual maintenance on heating and ac units. I have never had any problems with them, and all work is done professionally. Even in an emergency they arrived quickly and all work was done quickly and efficiently.

OK, sorry to have to change my opinion on this, but here goes... So our A/C unit stopped working and UGI was absolutely great about getting us scheduled quickly, even though we weren't established customers. Their technician, Carl, came out and checked the outdoor unit, finding a bad capacitor. He quickly changed the part and got the unit working again. Fast forward two weeks, and the unit fails again. We call UGI and they send out another technician (I'm sorry to say I never learned his name) who came out quickly on a Sunday and discovered that the first technician had bypassed and jury-rigged several burned wires and connections. Best of all, the second technician informed us that the first technician had to have known about the burnt connections, but he never informed us about it. The unit is a complete fire hazard and can't be used. We now need an entire new A/C unit, and are without A/C during a week of 90 degree temperatures. I certainly hope this isn't the case with everyone at UGI, but I am hesitant to work with them further.

Heat was off in the middle of winter (20F outside temperatures). UGI lost track of my order and didn't show as promised. I was able to get help from one of their competitors, who gave me a temporary fix over the phone in 15 minutes.

I had a complete HVAC system installed this spring and it couldn't have gone smoother. UGI offered me a Great Price!, Excellent financing options! and Great Service! It honestly was a deal I couldn't refuse!
