    We had a new furnace installed in October of 2020. The UGI sales representative was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the various options available to us. After making our choice of models and selecting the installation date, the UGI technician arrived promptly on the scheduled date and was personable and courteous. He worked quietly and efficiently and installed the new unit with virtually no disruption to our household schedule. In addition, he cleaned up beautifully after himself. Simply put, we were delighted with the entire process and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with UGI.

    So I am a tenant. .. the owner has a contract with ugi. My heater stopped working last Friday. October 21st. Ugi came out the same day, but, they needed a part. They did not order the part till Tuesday, the 25th! The part takes 3 to 5 buisness days. So here I am, with no heat. This is an old house. I have 2 floors. Space heaters are not cutting it. I am cold. I spoke with Jasmin, she was very nice, but no info ,.on when part will be in. This is unacceptable. So it's supposed to go down in the 30's again, and I am elderly. After the part comes In, Per Jasmin, I will be scheduled for the first available appt. , which means ,it could take more than 10 days. Don't let their 24 hours 7 days fool you, they may come out , but does not mean you will have heat anytime soon. Update , day 9 , freezing, today is day 12. I will send email as requested , when my fingers unfreeze.

    Service call out was answered quickly and scheduled same day. Email communication kept us updated on the arrival of the technician. The problem was diagnosed and repair completed quickly fully restoring A/C service.

    My mother was with UGI for over 60 years and I've been with UGI over 50 years and would not trust my gas utility to anyone else. We always had great customer service.

    I have always received professional, courteous service from everyone at UGI HP&C. The technicians making my service agreement calls have been great. Over the past several years, I needed to replace my furnace, AC and hot water heater (all replaced units lived past their expected lifetime). All work was done quickly and done right the first time. Great customer service staff too!

    We had a problem with the second floor of the house not being cooled by the air conditioner. So we called UGI and the service tech was scheduled for the next day. He was on time and asked how the system had been operating, and other info for his diagnosis to be made. He checked schematics and found some of the on off switches were probably not the best combination and made that fix, plus some other adjustments and the problem was fixed, and has been running well since then.

    Twice I asked for service thru my maintenance contract and twice the delay for unreasonable. The no AC would take 4 days and the no heat would take 2 days. I pay about $700 for the contract and what am I getting in return?

    Phenomenal customer service from the repair call center through every technician that’s been here over the last 16 years since we built our home. I invest in a maintenance program with UGI and get service call priority and coverage for most repairs as my system ages. More importantly, the technicians finish their work and then take as much time as needed to explain every to me. I can trust their recommendations and repairs which is key for me. All the technicians have been very professional, knowledgeable and timely. Frankly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

    Seriously, bad service. Called for repair service. They came out and charged over $300 to fix during which time I paid an additional $185 for a service contract. Three days later the heater is not working again. Call for service and they tell me it’s not covered because it takes 30 days, and apparently they don’t guarantee their work. What!!?!
