It was very overpriced and when you talk to the owner just to get an explanation, he acted like a complete jerk. He was so rude and yelling. Also it's very tough to get to them. Everything is a hassle from reaching them to paying the bills. 100% would NOT recommend.

Very polite and professional. Got my furnace up and running so I have hot water but did tell me that they don't really do more than the basics on older model furnaces like the one I have.

Stoudts was able to come out to look at our air conditioner the same day we called which was a Friday and came out to install it that Monday. Other air conditioning companies wanted us to wait up to week for someone to just come out and look at it. Jeff and his crew were very friendly and patient. We were going through a home warranty which made our process a bit more difficult but they were very helpful and provided what was needed. I would recommend them to friends and family.

My hot water heater died late on a Thursday night and after I cleaned up I called Stoudt. Lee, the owner, called me back in less than 2 hours and arranged to have his guys here first thing Friday morning to install a new unit. Everything was done quickly and professionally and for a very fair price. I have been using Stoudt for years at multiple properties and will continue to do so. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lee Stoudt and his Lead Tech, Dave, have to be the most rude individuals I have ever spoken with. As a business owner myself, customer service is always first and foremost. Dave misinterpreted when we were available and instead of moving on he almost gets into an argument about “he said she said.” Then I speak with Lee who responds with, “ohhh, you’re going to give me a lecture about business when I’ve been in business for 40 years.” If you have run a business for so long then you should know to not talk to customers like that. I refused to set up a time with Dave and tried to rectify with Lee and was met with nothing but ego. They may know what they’re doing but their lack of professionalism will not help their cause. Would never recommend them. I NEVER even review things if I don’t like them, but this situation requires a voice to be heard. Lee if you’re reading this you need to learn customer service and how to be a genuinely nice person because apparently that’s not a skill you have at the moment.

Excellent service - above and beyond. Since 1989 they have taken care of our heating and air conditioning needs and have never let us down. Reasonable prices and quality work. You can't get any better that Lee and his staff.

Had an igniter go bad in my gas furnace at my mothers house called to see if he would be willing to sell me the part because of the virus that’s running around right now or if he would be willing to come out and install the igniter himself Lee returned my phone call and informed me that he would not sell Me the igniter or come out and install the part himself he absolutely refused any help my mothers house is currently 50° And she is a senior citizen thanks for your help lee your awesome
