John and Tyler did an excellent job installing our new gas hot water heater. I was very happy with the workmanship, respect to me and my property. I appreciated the heater being replaced on the same day ogpf failure. I highly recommend UGI Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing.

I've used UGI for many years to service my heating and AC units. I've had positive experiences with their technicians but, unfortunately, their customer service is not what it used to be. I had a heating emergency during business hours (after a routine furnace cleaning appt the day before). I called and was told that a technician would call me back shortly. An hour later, no one had contacted me, so I called again and they said no one was available but they scheduled me for an appointment the following week. In the middle of winter, this response was not acceptable! Needless to say, I called a different company who immediately responded by sending a technician to my home. I will be using them for my heating and AC needs moving forward. UGI lost a loyal customer.

UGI's sales team have no integrity. They push the higher priced "better" units only to increase their commission. I had a wall mount unit furnace/tankless water heater all in one installed a couple years ago. Since then it has broke down multiple times, each break down lasting 2-3 days until my heat was restored. Every technician I've spoken with has verified the units are garbage and made comment that the sales team is aware of all the problems. I recommend using UGI's service as their techs are nothing but professional and work extremely hard to keep customers satisfied after the sale Tam screwed them over. I sent $11,000 for a lemon and will now be ripping it out to replace it with something reliable.

I had an appointment scheduled for a noon to 4pm time slot to service my boiler. After receiving many automated texts and emails (and maybe a voicemail) the technician did not show. He finally called me at 6:45pm saying he was on his way. I was out to dinner, so this didn't work for me. He said they have no info on appointments in the truck, that he didn't know it was a noon to 4 slot, and I was just next on the list. I felt bad for him. I think this is a case of an automated scheduling system gone haywire. I called today to reschedule and the first available is Dec 7th, with no wait list for cancellations.

We had Tim from UGI HVAC department come to our home and he was excellent. Talk about an honest and straightforward person. Tim was so helpful and such a nice guy to deal with. I highly recommend Tim at UGI Lancaster HVAC.

Over 10 years ago we converted from oil and bought a new gas furnace for our old hot water radiator heating system from UGI. We were so impressed with our salesman Paul Speitel, and the service we've received over the years, that when our 20 year old air conditioning system failed Paul was thankfully still with the company and he was the first person we called. The system was old and beyond repair and Paul went to work to track down a complete new system since both the outside compressor and inside air handler needed replaced. The soonest they could get the needed equipment ordered on site and installed was 3 weeks during the heat wave in July. We were worried how we would hold up. Fortunately UGI found 3 portable window air conditioners in their warehouse, brought them out on loan, and installed them. Our new AC unit has now been installed and running for over a week and works amazingly better than our old unit. The guys installing it were amazing and kept everything neat and clean. THANK YOU UGI!!!!

UGI installed our 3 zone sub-floor radiant heat system 15 years ago when many other contractors said it couldn't be done. We purchase the Maintenance plan and have peace of mind knowing that if something goes haywire, we get priority service. Recently had our maintenance done and 2 days later there didn't seem to be any heat, so a technician came, on a Sunday, to diagnose and fix it. We LOVE our heating system and UGI has been super to do business with over the years.

Our air stopped working late one Sunday afternoon. In a little over an hour a technician arrived and was able to repair our unit. He was thorough and professional. We so appreciated their prompt action.

I have been working with Mike. He has been a great asset for the work that I needed done. They were very courteous, kind, and clean. They did very good work for a great price. I got three quotes for some duct work and they came in half of another company and 300 dollars less then the third. I will definitely use them in the future.

I had an estimate on work we needed done. I paid one half down to schedule the job. I had second thoughts and called UGI. Their tech came out and reviewed our situation. He took the time to measure my room indoors and the out side of the room to ensure there was an actual bend in my chimney as the other company said. Even though UGI does not do the work I needed done, their tech took the time to explore my situation, review the estimate I had., and refer a company that has done similar work as I needed . This man's diligence saved my husband and I $3,000.00. I can't thank UGI enough! I now can sleep knowing my family is safe at one half the original estimate!
