Conestoga Heating & Air Conditioning Supply

This is a supplier we use for work. They do really good classes for local HVAC companies to learn about working on/fixing the equipment the company sells. The teacher for these classes is a sales representative but also worked in the field many years which helps because he can relate to issues we find.

They don't start unloading until 8am. No overnight parking but they allowed me to stay outside by the gate. 1hr to unload 6 pallets.

Is asked for load calculation and before I paid for the services I told him that I’m switching to a bigger unit and he said “that’s no problem I will redo the calc just let me know” so I figured I’d just pay for it now and he can rerun the number again afterward since it’s not that close to drive there.

Two days later I asked for re calc of the load and he said “ he wont do it unless I pay him again”

Complete sham and a liar
