They installed a mini split heating/cooling system. We received the A-List treatment from all team members! Beyond pleased with this service. Very experienced and professional. Work was efficient and a thorough clean up during and after they were done.

The entire experience with Neffsville was great, from scheduling, to text updates on my appointment, to paperless invoicing everything was very customer friendly and professional.
Jesus was the technician that came to my house and he was amazing. He was able to quickly assess everything I needed done, create an estimate right on the spot, and then perform the work the same day. There was a lot to do so at one point I had 3 techs at my house to make sure everything was completed in one day, and it didn't affect the price because they billed me at a flat rate per repair. One of the things I had them do was replace my dishwasher, and they even hauled the old one and the box from the new one away. I am very impressed and will be using Neffsville again in the future.

Excellent service, on-time, friendly, found best value, provided recommendations to fit financial options, and offered to complete work same day. Couldn’t be happier! Bryce fixed our leaking faucet and wasn’t pushy. He even cleaned off old caulk. Coming back to install a waterless tank tomorrow. We have used Neffsville for 20 years and plan to keep using them. Highly recommend!

Neffsville Heating/Cooling did an amazing job. It was a whole team effort. Ben was our first technician that came out did a great job going over our unit. Unfortunately our unit needed to be replaced so Brian came out and went over our options and answered any questions we had. Then 2 days later Dwayne came and removed and installed our new unit. I had a small fire and huge leak with my water heater on a Friday. I couldn't call until that following Monday morning. From the time I called, they came out to check, gave me a quote, and my insurance issued payment, it took two days for them to come back out to replace my water heater. In about 4 hours they took out the old system, disposed of all trash, installed the new system and cleaned up. The friendliness, professionalism, dedication, communication with me throughout, and cost was excellent. Neffsville Plumbing is very well recommended.

Original contractor that I hired did not complete the project. I contacted Neffsville plumbing service, spoke rep, and plumber was at my house to start the initial evaluation. Donald saved my life. Original contractor left my sewage pipes off, put all the faucet material on incorrectly. I was breathing in toxic gases from sewage drain. Tyler did a great job, was super helpful and professional. He had my issue fixed within 5 min of snaking the drain. However the price is incredibly high. $500 if the service was performed and fixed within 2 hours. $84 of that was a 1 year service contract.

Our air conditioning unit was replaced by one of the most professional, accomplished service teams we have ever engaged. From the initial trouble shooting by Vincent, to project estimate by Jeremiah through installation by John, Lexi and associate, our expectations were exceeded. The team kept us informed of progress, worked efficiently, and took great pride in their work. We will use Neffsville in the future for our HVAC and Plumbing service needs.

Aaron did a great job diagnosing the issue, he put together a very detailed estimate and did a wonderful job documenting everything. I am so grateful that they now are in the York area. This is a wonderful company, I had them come out for a 12 year old A/C checkup. I'm so glad I did and some issues were resolved in no time at all. My tech. Nathan was so friendly and super professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out issues and gave us extremely important things that needed and could be done to make my system run better. I love Neffsville and will be doing more business with them in the future like a water heater and water softening system. I thank them all from the lady on the phone to the tech who did the work!
