My husband and I got 4 estimates to replace our HVAC heat pump system and J & J's was definitely the best price for a better SEER system. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. Anytime we had questions along the way, they were there to answer them for us in a timely manner. They obviously aim to please their customers without charging them outrageous prices. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I have truly never been so disappointed in receiving a service…

We were sold on high-quality customer service, the project manager is super sweet (won’t take that away from him), and is a remarkable sales person.

I left my house for a week so that our A/C mini split units could be done without interruption.

We were told 3-4 days. On the fourth day, we were told halfway through the day that they would need a 5th & they would “for sure be done.” Luckily I was still out of state and staying with my parents while it finished. On Friday morning (day 5) I started my drive back to PA around 11am… it wasn’t until 2:30-3pm that we were told they’d need a 6th day. But no worries - only for 3-4 hours.

We left the house with our dog at 10am on Saturday to let them do their work, we were told at 2:30 it would be another “hourish.” By 4:35 we were told they were wrapping up and they’d let us know when we could return home.

We then didn’t hear from them again. At 9pm we were sitting outside of our house while ONE wonderful worker was still hard at work, meanwhile the other guy had left for the day.

The worker didn’t end up leaving until close to 10:30 that night. We were told we’d have updated numbers for the final price. It’s been a week and a half and not only are two units not working & our walls are still unpatched and unfixed, but we were contacted by the financial company today saying that J&J turned in the letter of completion.

Our A/C is still not working, we’re going to have to fix the walls ourselves just because their time management is terrible…

To add to it, we were expecting a guy to come at 5 today & were told he is running late so he’ll be here around 6-6:15. It is now 7pm, we can’t get ahold of our project manager & the worker has not showed up yet.

While they’ve all been pleasant in our interactions, it’s obvious they have not held up their side of the work agreement. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We needed a replacement water heater. Service was exceptional and technician, Derrick, was terrific. We have been using J and J for many years. They always provide great service and are easy to deal with. Technicians are knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend using JandJ for all your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Water heater was leaking. Called Rob Leed, he was great coordinating with service manager and explaining our options. Greg came to install Water heater, he did an excellent job. Greg also explained the need for a thermal expansion tank, which I appreciated. Very happy how quick the Water heater was installed. Overall great experience!

When you're looking for a professional heating and cooling company that is timely, does great work and reliable. This is the company to go with. My elderly parents were out of heat for a couple of days and these guys saved the day. Very much appreciated for taking care of the repair in a timely and prompt manner.
