I was looking for a HVAC business to do maintenance on both my heater and AC units since it has been a while. There was some issue with my heater going on and off every so often so I called and asked for a quote for yearly maintenance and explained the problem with my heater, Sheaffer quote a very reasonable price for the yearly maintenance and was able to book an appointment within 48 hours. Troy showed up at the appointed time with a ready to help attitude. He was very professional, told me the problem and the cost to fix it. I was pleasantly surprise for such an affordable price for the visit and the services. Overall, my experience with such a nice and professionalism team from the receptionist to Troy at Sheaffer that I will definitely make this business my go to HVAC people. I highly recommend this business to other family members, friends and even strangers reading this thread.

Troy really helped my family by diagnosing and fixing our heat pump, same day, unscheduled and late in the day with outside temps in the 20s. Inside temps were 50s or below.

After several rounds of "heating repair roulette" with big name companies who were only out to get as much money as they could for services I did not need, I saw the Scheaffer Mechanical van parked near my house and decided to give them a try. I thought, "well here we go again"! I could not have been more wrong!! From the first phone call with Susan, I could tell this would be different. Troy came and did a thorough diagnostic and let me ask all of my questions based on the past service people that were here and work I had already done on the unit. Ryan, Troy and Mark are an AMAZING CREW! They are very personable, they are experts of their respective trades, and they are diligent workers. We recommend their services to anyone who desires quality HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical work at a reasonable price. They will be returning in the near future to install a water softener and to perform outdoor electrical work.

Very pleased with Ryan's work. Very professional, quick and trustworthy. He repaired very quick our furnace. It was initially diagnosed dead by the competition that had left us without heat and a very high replacement quote. He has proven that he will not charge you for unnecessary work.

Troy installed my grandmother's new furnace and a/c entirely by himself. Replacing her old 35 yr old furnace was no easy job as it involved rerouting and replacing old pipes with new ones. Also he had to rebuild a new firmer foundation for her outside a/c unit. He was courteous, persevering, and efficient and we both would highly recommend him to anyone.
