Tim was honest, fast and knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I appreciated his help with our water heater and will be calling him again for assistance with our HVAC system in the near future. We had a tough time with other companies trying to get warranty repair work done, but Tim was able to squeeze us in and get the work done quickly and professionally!

I definitely would recommend these guys for anyone with plumbing or heating issues. Tim was responsive will actually do service and system repairs. A lot of companies are only interested selling you a new system, but tim is a straight shooter, honest and affordable and definitely someone I will reccomend to my family and friends.

Tim from Naugher as awesome. Our heater was not working and we were able easily to make an appointment online and he came out the same day. He was on time, thorough, took time to explain the issue and had the problem fixed within an hour. Extremely professional and knowledgable. While I didn't move forward with services with Tim (he determined it wasn't needed), he was extremely helpful and transparent. He could have easily quoted me the price to fix my concern, but instead eased my mind and said it was just a cosmetic thing and while he could certainly fix it, I could just as easily do it myself for free.

Tim gets my highest recommendation as a contractor. We trusted him with a complete HVAC overhaul to remove an old oil furnace and replace it with a high-efficiency heat pump system. Whether you are looking to upgrade to new equipment or service old, Tim is affordable and one of the most knowledgable in the field. But it's his care, thoughtfulness and trustworthiness that makes him stand out. We had high expectations based on the 5-star reviews, but he exceeded even these. - Tim started with a comfort consultation to understand our needs and goals. He did multiple tests to confirm where our house needed air sealing and the exact air flow specifications to ensure the new system worked to maximize efficiency and comfort.
- Tim presented multiple options for achieving our goals, talked us through the pros in cons in detail, and answered every question we had patiently and thoroughly.
- Tim coordinated well with other contractors we were using to perform other home improvements and was always on time and on schedule.
- Tim's work was of such high quality that even the city inspector that other contractors had struggled to please complemented Tim's workmanship.
- Tim remained regularly in contact once our system was up and running and helped us get everything tuned and working well, from the thermostat, to the filters, to the heat pump settings. When one component had a manufacturing defect, he worked with the manufacturer to find a solution, saving us a headache.

The most important thing is our house is now super comfortable AND saving a ton of energy. If you want to electrify your HVAC, Tim is the best resource in Eastern PA and I can't recommend him highly enough.
