    Technician was on time and communicated well during the visit and when completed. Made accurate and friendly recommendations with no hard sales tactics. I would highly recommend UGI HVAC as a honest and professional company to use.

    I had a gas hot water heater that did not fire on restart. Had a service contract. Got prompt service and a very professional tech that found the problem quickly and we were back in service. Many years ago had a serious heater problem and they really botched the job. 12 days without heat in the middle of winter all due to an internal squabble between some bosses. Went a away from them for many years. Seems like they are back on track and customer oriented. Will continue to use them.

    Cold in our house on Monday December 8th. I called for service and a technician was out within a couple hours. Unfortanately the furnace needed replaced. By Wednesday December 10th afternoon new furnace installed and our house was warm. Big thanks to Nan Bowman for getting us in the schedule to get this replaced so fast " She's the Greatest". I would also like to comment on how friendly the tech and installers were and how great a job they all did - "Very Professional". Very impressed at how neat and clean they were. I would definetly recommend UGI to anyone who needs this type of work done.

    My heater wasn’t working, and since I have a contract with UGI, I immediately called and within an hour they came. The repairman fixed it and said he had to order a part. And the part came in and replaced. It really pays to have the contract .

    Today Tuesday July 24, 2018 I had an appointment to have my heating system cleaned as per my contract. The "Window" was between 8 AM - Noon. No one came. Calling them, a customer service rep informed me I was mistaken, the appointment was for Friday, July 27 between 8 AM - Noon. THIS IS NOT TRUE AS UGI HVAC LEFT A REMINDER MESSAGE ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE STATING TODAY'S DATE/TIME. I had to reschedule for a date in late August, another day of lost work! Upon reflection, I began to wonder what is the guarantee that they would show up in August? I called again and got the same customer service rep, expressed my concerns and asked to speak with a supervisor. She put me on hold for awhile, but returned with a message that someone would be here today in a new "Window" Noon - 5 PM. And so it goes................. For me, UGI HVAC has shown a lack of professionalism and customer service has spiraled down considerably.

    It's pretty much impossible to get what you need from these people. First after signing up for heating, they are sending me air conditioning quotes, and then cleaning quotes that they might be able to sneak me in. I haven't even described what I want done and they are rattling pricing like a con-man at an auction. Definitely will not trust them with a unit that can blow up, I'd barely trust them with a pet cockroach.....

    Excellent service from everyone Mark, Larry, Dave and ( Forgive me if I have this wrong) Roberto. I called about my leaking water heater at 6:28 am and had a completed new water heater before 2PM. Couldnt ask for better people.
