Awesome Service! I would definitely recommend everyone to comfort pro! I was really nervous for when they came to service my home because I have a 2 year old dog ( who is very friendly and has an awesome personality), and a 7 week old baby. My dog loves to be around new people, I was afraid the technician would be upset with me because my dog was running around outside where they were working. But they acted like they knew my dog for years and even spent there lunch time talking and playing with my dog. They really a 5 star Company! Very efficient!

When I called Comfort Pro on a Saturday evening with an air conditioner issue, didn't expect to get a quick response and fix, but I did. After contacting them, Greg D. was assigned the issue. Prior to coming to the house, he kept me posted on timeline and changes as it happened. He showed up at 9:15 PM on a Saturday night, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and had us back in cool comfort again. I was also surprised to not see additional charges for weekend/late hour fix. Great job by Comfort Pro and Greg D.

Jake from Comfort Pro was awesome! He arrived on time and showed respect for my home by placing shoe covers on as soon as he walked in. He also serviced my heating/AC unit in a timely fashion and took the time to explain the service he performed and also answered some questions I had about the possibility of replacing my furnace, as it’s nearly 20 years old. I’ve dealt with Comfort Pro for several years now and they’ve never let me down. One of their technicians even came out to our home in the blizzard of 2016 to fix our furnace when we had no heat, which was especially helpful to my family as we had a newborn baby in the house at that time.
