    We have had a very different experience from the negative reviewers here. We have been using Brett Thomas for our heat pump maintenance for years. He has always been responsive and punctual to appointments. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and is direct with recommendations and options. When our aging inside blower system failed to deliver AC on an extremely hot night last year, he was at our house by eight the next morning. During COVID, supply issues were impacting the availability of units, and Brett was candid about the wait time. He gave us a few options to consider, and the quick temporary fix got us through until our new blower system came in two months later and was immediately installed. Brett has always been kind and friendly with us. He is not a corporate guy but a sole proprietor who is doing a great job for us in a challenging business environment. And we DO recommend him!

    Brett was very professional and kind. My central air went out and my Dad recommended I call him. He was able to come out the same day! Thankfully he had the spare parts needed to get the unit up and running. He advised me that I will need to get a new central air unit. He made some calls and was able to find a unit that was budget friendly and came back two weeks later to install it!! It has been a blessing he could help me so quickly. Thank you so much Brett for all your help!!

    Bret installed a new AC/Heating unit for our house. The original one was not properly sized. Bret explained that a larger unit with better efficiency would work better for us. This unit keeps us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. This unit is performing much better. Bret showed up when he said he would and finished the retrofit for the price he promised. The cost of running the unit Bret installed is less than the original unit.

    Brett came right out same day when furnace wouldn’t start. Less than an hour later he had it fixed. I expected to pay a lot more. I now use him for all my rentals too. It’s hard to get that kind of service and knowledge with the big companies

    I found out today that my water heater is leaking and needs replaced. (Petro was conveniently at my house doing an annual Heater tuneup and we noticed a big puddle on the floor. He confirmed the water heater needed replaced). I told him the water heater had just been replaced right before my husband and I purchased the house in 2016. There was a “Thomas A/C & Heating Co” sticker on the water heater and he advised me to call them first to see if it was under warranty. I called the number and the customer service was HORRENDOUS. I said good afternoon and explained my problem and the person patronizingly said “Woah woah woah, calm down,” when I wasn’t even “in a panic” as he described. I just naturally talk fast. He was extremely rude and I couldn’t wait to get off the phone with him, even though our conversation was about 30sec of him being rude and telling me warranties are not transferrable. I understand if a warranty is not transferrable, but don’t insult me, patronize me, and fail to use decent customer service skills. I’ve used Thomas A/C & Heating Co. before and the last guy who did the service call was very nice and helpful, but I will never use them again, nor do I recommend them.
