Mike, my technician, is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable and tells it like it is. Mike not only maintained my heating system for the season, but he also spent the time to check temperature and airflow on the second floor to see if the system could be calibrated correctly to stop the temperature difference from the first to second floor. When determined dampers were missing from my system, he took the time to explain what could be done about it. Thanks Mike!

Had our system installed last April and needed validation of noises being heard from our unit that has been happening lately. Due to the crazy temps lately we noticed more noise than usual, but system is working great. We were reassured what we were hearing was nothing out of the ordinary. Now we know.

A few years ago I was having a difficult time financially and my AC went out in the hot summer with 100 degree weather. My son & I did w/o AC for several weeks. It was miserable. The owner somehow found out, came to my home, and fixed my AC. I cried thank yous over & over. A few days ago my heat went out. I text, he came right over, and fixed the issue. I cannot say enough positive things about this business & the owner. He is a man of great character, is honest, and will always treat you fairly. Thank you Steve.

I have used Comfort Pro for years. They are friendly, dependable, and the servicemen who come to the home treat the home and the customer with respect and honesty. I first had Jake, who is still my "go to" guy if I have questions, even though he is now promoted and working in the office. Next came Geoff, whose knowledge as well as friendliness was a real asset for me. And now I have the privilege of doing business with Zane who is top-notch, knows his field, and always willing to help when needed. Comfort Pro has never let me down. Great company!!!

Water heater repair. Nate went above and beyond working on our water heater and heating system. He was up front with repairs needed and pricing. He was a pleasure to work with. Dawn was personable and scheduled us promptly.

I called Comfort Pro to diagnose low air flow. The company told me the name of the technician that would be assigned to my appointment. Cole was great. He took the time to explain what he was investigating and told me what the issue was. He explained my options to me to fix or replace very clearly. He was patient with me as I tried to ensure I understood my options and a ball-park cost for each one of those options so I could make an informed decision. He was professional, polite, and courteous. Given the age of my unit (over 12 years old and rust on coils), I will be exploring the option of replacing the unit. He helped set up an appointment for an estimate for that promptly prior to leaving. I did not have any work done yet, but felt the assessment was accurate and professional.

Nate showed up in time and did a great job! He was also very helpful in explaining the things he did in keeping our system in good shape.

They are very pleasant to speak to. Every Tech that has come out are very professional and knowledgeable of their jobs. Nate was very thorough. Dawn and Alex are just so nice. Comfort Pro does a great job and the management has great employees.
