Slimey salesman gave us a quote of over $2000 without even looking at the ducts. This is a sales game, not a duct cleaning service. They just want your money and have no interest in people. He also made my wife so uncomfortable we consulted a lawyer and might press charges. Avoid this service at all costs and hire local people who need the work.

Had an emergency to us where the air filter got sucked into the ac fan. I called into their after hours service and had a call back in less than a minute. They could have came out and charged us a hefty emergency call fee, but the technician instead took the time walk me through how to safely remove it myself and never once mentioned billing us. This company has people that really treat their customers like people. Update: had a more recent issue and the team was amazing as usual!
