From start to finish, this process was handled professionally and as per schedule. The quote, selection and install were done very smoothly and these guys are ON TIME with their proposed schedule.
Minor followup work was completed in a timely manner.
I also have the service plan, the first will be in the coming months leading into winter.

Our service pro, Kyle D, arrived during the scheduled time and was very friendly. He completed our heat pump tune-up quickly. Comfort Pro installed our unit several years ago and we have always had great service.

Setting up appointment was very easy and fast. Put in an online inquiry and got a call back within an hour. Service was very professional and honest

Dustin arrived well within the appointment time frame. He thoroughly checked out the water heater to see if there were any leaks. He also called his manager to discuss the situation. Very impressed with his evaluation and sincerity. Would request him again.

Excellent service! Our technician, Zane, wore booties as he entered the house, reviewed the service that was being provided, and efficiently completed the work. Zane then followed up with a few suggestions based on his observations of our water tank and heater. We have had a service contract with Comfort Pro for many years and we have always received great service.

This was second time using Comfort Pro. Both service techs, Kyle D. And Zane M. were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Liked service from this company so much that we signed up for yearly service contract - well worth the low cost. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I called Wednesday in a complete PANIC! I knew something was wrong with our furnace and knew it needed a professional FAST! Within an hour of calling two gentlemen (Cole and Austin) showed up and gave me the bad news... the furnace cannot stay running due to the CO levels. That was around 4:00 PM. We were given the option to fix or replace, given the age of the furnace we opted to replace. By 5:30 Rob the salesman was here to go over our options. He spent as much time as I needed. He worked hard to get us our equipment needed ASAP and given the snow storm coming Thursday and Friday it posed more of a challenge to get the equipment fast!
Thursday morning Rob called to confirm installers would be here Sunday for the furnace but A.C. unit was on order. No biggie, as we needed the furnace an the AC unit could wait.
Friday morning Rob called to let me know all was set for the furnace and AC! YEAH!
Sunday at 8:00 AM - a crew of 4 installers were here and worked through the day to get everything complete. Kevin and his crew were also great!
Overall I have to say you all won me over!
From my first call until the install I would say it was PHENOMENAL!
In total we dealt with 7 different people that represent Comfort Pro and each of them were kind, patient and understanding.

We noticed our HVAC system wasn't cooling our house appropriately, so we called Comfort Pro and they came out for a free consultation to diagnose the problem. Turns out we needed a system balancing. Robert and Lewis came out just a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and did the necessary work in under 15 minutes, free of charge. They were both very kind and professional people and if I ever need HVAC work done in the future, Comfort Pro will be the first place I will turn to.

Aaron O came out to my house on a Saturday morning in less than hour and was able to get my Geothermal system up and running again in about an hour. He was friendly and courteous and did a fantastic job!!! I would recommend Comfort Pro to everyone!!!

Luis V was at my home recently for the summer check up on our AC system. He was pleasant and professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing before doing it and told me the results afterwards, answering any questions I had.
