Heating System Check was performed on our furnace. Cole H. was succinct and professional and described everything he did and the results of the check-up.

On 5/19/21 my AC unit was not working correctly. Mike D was on call and got to my home around 8:30 pm. Prior to him leaving he gave me an estimated time of arrival. With crazy 422 traffic he even let me know there was a backup and the approximate time he would be arriving. He explained to me thoroughly what he needed to do and what the problem was. He was super professional and did a quality job, staying until he was satisfied with the proper temperature readings of the unit itself. I would highly recommend Comfort Pros and Mike D himself if you ever need a repair or startup!

We have a service contract for heating, they came out that afternoon after we called early am for no heat. First diagnosis was our Thermostat so we had them put a new $264 one in, but now it's a power board, $700+, which had to be ordered for the exact one so the guy didn't have to do a lot of unnecessary wiring. When it came in Mike was over for about 2+ hrs trying to make this work, one time he came up to say he found out what caused the problem which I replied you said it was the Thermostat. Well no it's a door switch, then it was the transformer so now the door switch is disconnected. So all in all we have heat and other new stuff. He encouraged us to get a new unit because of the age etc we get that. oh did I mention when the guy was out to renew our service contract the report on the heater that it's operating in 82% effect and all looks good. That was Oct 27th.

The A/C at our business stopped working yesterday. Jacob from Comfort Pro came out today & got it fixed. He's a nice guy, he was on time & he got the ob done.
Comfort Pro has always provided us with great service. I first started using them about 14 years ago and it is a good, local company. The technicians and office staff are well trained and friendly to deal with.

Cole and Mehdi did a great job checking my A/C system for the season with my Watch Dog Service contract. Made recommendations and answered my many questions patiently!! I really appreciated their professionalism and time. I highly recommend!

Cole H. was my most recent service technician and had the problem resolved in a few short minutes. He then checked over a few other items just to make sure I wouldn't have any additional problems.
