Comfort pro came out to assess what needed to be done due to a poor installation by another contractor. They arrived at the time they scheduled and finished the work ahead of schedule. They were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic professional job. The install solved our issues. And they were very courteous and helpful. Explained everything after the work was complete. Mike D. is a super knowledgeable Tech, which we were fortunate to have as a Service Tech, he found the problem with the humidifier and corrected. he then proceeded to a very through furnace check, and clean everything up when the job was done. Really appreciate what he did for us

He knew my husband would be home soon & waited for him to arrive so he could explain everything to him & helped us decide what was the best option for our furnace.
