    Fantastic service and installation. Steve and his son modified our intake and balanced our new system at an unbeatable price with an American Standard furnace and AC. They did it fast and well. There was no mess to clean up, very professional, and on time. It's been two months since they were here and it all runs great. We were hesitant to do it but they made it a lot easier to bear. Highly recommended for anyone.

    Had him look at heat pump that started not to heat in November of 2021, he could not find any leaks and charged the system ($400). It lasted 9 months and problems again. Came back first of September (2022) and claimed the Schrader valve was leaking, changed that and charged the system again ($400). This time it lasted only 3 months and system acting the same.
    He may be good for maintenance calls but not if you have system problem. Can't find the problem. If you have a leak in your system, he will just add a leak in your wallet to it.

    You did not sound or bubble test. You used a flash light and explained that if there was a leak you could see the oil stain.
    First call, system had lost 50% of refrigerant (5 lbs), you looked for 5 minutes for the leak and moved to charge the system.
    When I called you the second time, you did the exact same thing, look for signs of leak and moved to charge the system with another 3.5 lbs that had leaked in 9 months. Then you told me that valve core was discolored therefore that was the leak. Of course it was the same charge port that you hooked up to the first time but did not notice an discoloration.

    Why do I want to call you again? you did not fix the problem the first time or when I called you the 2nd time. Both trips, you seemed like in a hurry to the next call to write another ticket like charging $30 for a R410 valve core that I can order a 25 pack for $14.95 on Amazon. (Unless unscrewing and replacing the core labor is not included in the $90 service call)

    Our air conditioner stopped cooling the house. I called comfort pro and they come out and serviced the air conditioner unit. After the first service call I started hearing a loud knocking sound in the attic where the furnace and AC equipment it’s located. I called comfort pro again and they came out. Found that I needed a fan replaced on a very old piece of equipment. Steve went above and beyond by calling a location a ways away that was getting ready to close at 5 PM to pick up a part. The place he called were willing to hold onto the part since they were closing. Steve drove across town and came back to fix the unit. I was very impressed with this level of service and especially since the house was very warm without air-conditioning. The very next day I called to let comfort pro know that a PVC pipe busted loose and there was a water leak in the water closet. Steve and partner came back out the very next morning to repair the broken PVC pipe. I will use comfort pro in the future with any other HVAC needs and I highly recommend them. Great customer service! Thanks guys!

    I cannot recommend Steve and Comfort Pro enough. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule and get our A/C unit repaired and working enough. We will definitely be reaching out to them first whenever we need to have maintenance done on our unit.
