When black water seeped up from the sewer, I called Herman’s plumbing. Caleb was the technician provided clear, concise explanation for his suspicion of the problem. He provided a plan to verify the suspicion and proved correct. Excellent service. What I thought would result in digging up the flooring was a simple one hour task at a reasonable cost. Thanks!

If your in a bind these guys show up! They are up front about pricing, offer a new customer discount, and are quick to assess your issues. Layton arrived within 15 mins of my appointment being scheduled on a holiday weekend. Not only did he fix the water heater he showed us how to take care of it if the same thing occurs again. He also fixed a kitchen sink leak which was not a part of the service we asked for but made time to take care of it while he was there. Above and beyond service and customer care. An outstanding company!! I was having issues with a rental property. They were able to come out the same day, not only on time but called ahead to let me know they were on their way. While servicing the property, they were very professional yet personable. They were great about offering me options. Some were faster, some were cheaper. So nice to do business with some truly "good ol' boys" !! I will be definitely be using them for ALL my plumbing needs!!!

Herman’s Plumbing has completed three separate jobs on three separate occasions. The first was replacement of the kitchen garbage disposal. I provided the new disposal. Herman’s modified the plumbing to fit the new disposal. The second job was a main line sewer pipe clean out to clear a plug. The third job was replacement of my water heater. All workers were professional and courteous. For all work, quotes were given and I accepted. I provided the water heater. Herman’s performed the labor and made arrangements for city inspection. I thought the price of the water heater installation seemed high but Herman’s had the better price of three quotes and I hired them based on quality of previous work and price. The new water heater needed an electrical outlet for operation and I hired an electrician separately to complete that work. The first plumbing inspection by the city failed so I had to take off another day of work for the additional work and inspection to be completed. Herman’s completed the work needed to pass the inspection without additional cost to me. The garbage disposal and water heater have worked well since installation. I am happy with the quality of work and would hire Herman’s for additional work if needed.
Update 5 July 2023 - main line clean out job. Good crew. Called business for emergency service on fourth. No answer. Called rolled over to answer service who said they had not provided service to Herman’s for years. Appears that emergency service rollover process is broke.
