I searched for a factory authorized technician to get a second opinion on my upstairs system three years ago. I paid for another “popular” service to fix our problem. They showed up with three vehicles in my driveway and tried to sell me a new system.
Steve spent about two hours troubleshooting and could not find any problems. He said there might be a leak, but to call him if we had any other issues. It lasted another two years!!
Steve did get to replace that system last year. It is far more airflow than the last and it is very efficient!!!
I have had him come do work at our church as well. I would refer to anyone in need of HVAC service.

If i could give them 10 stars i would. The tech that came out was absolutely professional, and explained to me what was wrong and the best way to fix. I'm on a budget and " paul" made sure i was taken care of and recommended the best way to go about my problem. Don't go tho the other guys. Comfort pro was honest,promt, and didn't leave until the job was done correctly. Thank you Paul for getting my a/c going. It feels so much better in here..

This company is THE MOST AWESOME company ever. Steve was amazing. Came out immediately over Christmas break and fixed my heater in minutes. I had been told I needed a new one which was going to cost me $11, 000.00. I can't say enough good about Steve Bagwell and Comfort Pro, Inc. I will NEVER use anyone else.
