I was without AC for over three weeks. I simply did not have the funds to fix it. Steve Bagwell, a long-time family friend, heard about my circumstance. He showed up to my home over the weekend and said, "I am here to fix your AC". He did this out of the kindness of his heart, and expected nothing in return. Comfort Pro has maintained my air-conditioning/heating system for nigh on 10 years. They are simply outstanding. I have a rather complicated home heating/air conditioning situation with three high efficiency heat pumps supplying heat and air to a 5000+ square foot home. Further complicating the situation is a large part of the space (almost 1/2) is a lower level partially below grade. The house is ICF concrete construction with a "R Factor" of 58 in the walls. That is great as far as energy efficiency/usage, but can be problematic with airflow. My home is truly airtight and sudden climate changes can create problems . The potential for a stuffy environment or worse mold spores can be a real concern. However, Comfort Pro readily addressed that situation before it every became a problem with black lights in the handler--to eliminate any potential mold spores and with some outside air being circulated in small quantities to eliminate any stuffy environment. This was accomplished with almost no loss of energy. I'm truly impressed. In fact, my electric bill (a total electric home) is typically about $200 to $250 similar to what some have in a 2000 square foot home. Comfort Pro maintenance of the system has been without flaw. They arrive on time, do a great job, clean up any debris and leave a fair priced invoice for the service. I cannot think of any service provider who ranks with Comfort Pro. I highly recommend them.

We made the call, Steven was at the house within 15 minutes. Polite young man, after evaluating our system, he determined we needed a new circuit board. He explained the cost for a new board and labor, installed, the clicked on. We paid, and he was on his way. Thank you Steven!

Professional and trustworthy. Steven is not there to upsell you like the "big companies". He is there to reliably fix your comfort equipment.
