Thank you Comfort Pro! When my A/C stopped working, Steve was able to come and fix it the same day. He had given an estimated time of arrival, and was right on! I appreciate the promptness and professionalism.

I call Steve today. He and his assistant was out within an hour. They where very kind, and got to the problem with my AC. They got it fixed and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. I will be using them again to check out the heater for winter.

Called Steve on a Tuesday evening for my business. Came within 60 minutes. Worked on my Lennox but he services all brands. Identified the problem as the heater element. Returned the next morning with the part and had it installed before noon. Good guy, personable, reasonable pricing - Definitely recommend. **Came out three days later to make sure everything was still good.** Never had anyone follow up like this before!**

Can I just say wow! My home warranty insurance was giving me the run around after my AC went out even though the temperature is in the 100’s this wk and we’ve got small children. A service man was promptly disbatched to my home, and before arriving he confirmed my address, and we talked through the situation in my attic with raccoons possibly effecting my furnace performance. Don the serviceman was patient, he showed me everything he was doing, we confirmed with his boss before proceeding and came up with a plan. He took the time to look in my attic and made eye contact with the raccoon, and walked me through the steps for finding someone to remove it. After all of that, they only charged me $89! I got perfect service, great education, and they got a customer for life!

Steve is very honest guy, straight shooter and tells you all your options. He has replaced two hvac systems on my houses and serviced a couple rent houses. Always been the best price quoted and backs up his work.
