Awesome! Thank you Jimmy for your help. I called think I needed a new heating element. I brought my element to him late in the evening because I don’t get off work until after 5pm when most services providers are closed BUT, he was open!!! He tested the contact and said I was all good on my element but he saw that my clamp connectors were worn out and gave me some free of charge. I got the original part installed, and my dryer is full functional with 0$ spent. I have a large family so doing laundry is almost an everyday thing. Thank you Jimmy for keep us going! I’m a manager myself and am thoroughly impressed with Jimmy’s friendliness and customer care. I highly recommend your services. Thank you!
