I recently moved into a new house with an aged HVAC system (pushing 20 years). We started to experience coil freezing when the AC was on. I called multiple HVAC repair companies, and Comfort Pro was the only one who got back to me. They were able to get at repair tech. to my house in less than 48 hours (non-emergency), and got my system up an running. After talking to the tech. I decided it would be worth replacing the entire HVAC system. The tech then called the office and was able to get a sales rep. out to me within a few hours to get me some estimates.
Cole, was here this morning and serviced our A/C unit. He was awesome ! He was professional and did a excellent job. He has a super personality and treated me as if we were friends for years. So COOL ! We talked about the service contract and he explained it in detail, as I thought I was listening to Ben, our salesman. He also explained exactly what he did to our unit today. He said everything looked great and told me exactly what we need to do to keep it in excellent running condition. I am rating your service as SUPERB !!!!! Comfort Pro is ourTeam !!!!! Nate was patient and answered all our questions. He stayed on the job until he was satisfied that our AC was running correctly. He was very pleasant and professional.
They were able to come out promptly as I was without heat… They checked my system, but unfortunately for them it worked perfectly so I had them go ahead and do maintenance. They found that the regulator on my propane tanks was set too low, and were able to adjust it up. When they left everything worked just fine… However later that night the heater failed to ignite again so I contacted the propane company who came out and replaced the regulator with a new one then tested my heater and found that the valve was failing, and they were able to replace the valve on my heater a few days later. The matter was resolved at least and the heater needed maintenance anyway.
Our service tech was honest and open when it came to issues on repairs needed and that helps build a great customer confidence. We have had Comfort Pro as our service company for several years and I have been very satisfied and I come from a family of heating and ventilation workers.
We have a maintenance agreement with Comfort Pro. They come each spring to check the air conditioning unit and in the fall to check the heater and hot water heater. We are very satisfied with their service. Medhi did a great and comprehensive job in checking out our systems.
Always excellent and consistent service I can trust without upselling. Two items…I did not get an emailed receipt of the inspection for my records as I always have in the past. Also, the techs never have my email address in their tablet app. It has to be re-entered every visit. This is an easy fix from the admin side that would save time and reduce the possibility of human error. That may be why I did not get a receipt? Thanks!
Comfort pro was recommended by Bradford White to service my heat pump water heater under warranty. The tech was professional, but the company should’ve never agreed to look at it in the first place. They don’t service Heat pump water heaters and charged me $99 for the service call. The kicker is they quoted me $4176 to replace it. When I look back they charged me $99 for a quote to replace my water. Luckily I found a family owned business that fixed it under warranty.
Jake the technician was excellent!!! Courteous, polite, and very helpful with any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Comfort Pro to family and friends.
