Everyone I dealt with at Comfort Pro was friendly and professional. cole serviced my equipment and was knowledgeable and very thorough. All the ladies who I talked to on the phone were friendly and very helpful setting up the visit. This was my third in encounter with Comfort Pro and so far so good.

I have had previous experiences with Zane and the quality work he does which is why I always request him when I schedule an appointment for system maintenance. Several years ago we had a new heater installed and there were problems in getting it to operate properly. It wasn’t until Zane “worked his magic” that all the kinks were ironed out. Since that time we have and will continue to request Zane for all of our servicing need.

From scheduling to the email follow up every person was professional and attentive. Zane had to utilize the code to enter and he left everything just as it was... To the point of me checking the camera that he was there. Highly recommend!

Our lousy home warranty Cinch kept sending out poor HVAC techs form Herenow Services and we had enough of them so we ponied up and called actual professionals. We needed the AC condenser replaced along with a new outside AC unit. The price was very good for the Lennox unit we purchased and it was installed 2 days later. The crew that did the install walked me through everything and the unit works perfectly. Now our house is nice and cool and with a 10yr warranty one less thing to worry about.

Once installed the techs did not have the proper filter on hand to put in the unit. In my mind that was an oversight and should have been corrected. My new system had to run without a filter until I purchased/was shipped my own. Upon my inspection months later the technician then removed and replaced my filter I did install before it was out of date. He then criticized that I did not have the correct filter and left me no information about which to buy. I am quite frustrated with these two experiences, and unimpressed by the professionalism of the technicians.

I’ve been using Comfort Pro the past several years for my HVAC and Hot water heater PM and repairs. They have always been very responsive to my requests and needs.
They stay on top of my five geothermal units, four air handler’s and two HW heaters. Problems are diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours or sooner.
The service technicians are knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

We have been so grateful for Comfort Pro. Their communication is excellent, they show up on time, they are professionals at every step of the service, and their response time is as good as you can hope for.
