Real Airflow Heating & Cooling

When our old AC unit died in mid-May we thought for sure we would be out of AC for the majority of summer, but Vanessa set us up right away for a meeting. Shawn was very thorough in going over our old unit. He also was able to replace our humidifying unit that had not worked properly for years. Prices were reasonable and within a week we had a whole new functioning system with registration and warranties filed for us. Rosario and Shawn worked very hard to get the old system out and the new system installed in one day! They battled through the ground bees and rose bush roots. We really appreciated their personable nature, expertise and professionalism!

Just had Shawn over for a quote to get a whole house unit installed. He took the time to talk me through how everything would install and what was going to be needed. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I'm quite happy to work with real airflow on this project!

Shawn was awesome! He explained to me what the problem was and went over repairs in detail. He even reached out to the manufacturer to see if the parts were covered under warranty. I will definitely use them again.

The team at Real Air Flow visited our home for maintenance on gas heater and also provided information and a quote to replace ours with a more energy efficient unit in the near future. Unlike other services in the past I actually looked forward to the results of this inspection because I knew I wasn’t going to get blindsided by some crazy sales pitch after I already spent money.
