The Lennox Brand Elite series HVAC is almost 10 years old and has the 10yr warranty offered at the time of installation. The AC unit has been flawless so far, and the gas furnace had a few issues covered by parts warranty but not labor which is normal. Comfort Pro has been good and somewhat timely when in need of service. When we don’t have heat and it’s cold out often it’s happening to others as well, so patience is key and they’ll be over to help.

Cole arrived on time and was very professional. He was a good communicator, giving us great information about our heating system and gas fireplace. We just moved into this house and had lots of questions.

I have an old system from 1987 and it has been acting up. I reached out to Comfort Pro for help and their technician Zane was on the top of his game. He knew exactly what was wrong upon walking in the door, just from my description of the problem. He had it fixed in literally minutes. The entire team is great and a class act. From friendly scheduling to amazing service, it was really a great experience. I'm shocked at how on the ball they are in todays world where it seems where everyone else is slipping. Comfort Pro definitely hasn't missed a beat! I will be referring them to any friends with A/C issues in the future. Thank you!!!

We've been using Comfort Pro for years at the recommendation of an old coworker. I was very happy after I moved about 30 minutes south that they still service my area. We've had a lot of services over the years; a new HVAC system installed, various cleaning services and maintenance. I cannot rate them high enough! They have the BEST techs, always polite, on time and friendly. I just had a dryer duct cleaning and A+ yet again. Thank you.
