I have never left a bad review for anyone but I want to warn the public about this company. They are extremely untruthful just trying to upsell you every step of the way. We had them come out to fix our boiler system. We were quoted 1100 which I thought was a bit high. The guy showed up removed our water and replaced a pump. While work was being done it was suggested we replace our entire system for only $20000. We said we just wanted it to work for now. The guy then only filled up the system with half the water than started removing air from the system. Then he came back to us and said it wasn’t going to start because there were still bad parts and wanted another $6000. We told him we would think about it and called another plumber. They came out and explained our boiler was completely air locked and needed a lot more water. They added water and bread the air. I was shocked how much air came out. The other plumber did none of this. Our boiler now works. Huh. They now are telling me the y will take $300 off the total bill. These are very scary people. Please run don’t walk away from thiis company. Extremely dishonest i see they have responded with more lies. We were told he had purged the boiler and it wouldn’t work because it needed another motor the new price was so extremely high they were trying to force us into purchasing the brand new system. We did get another quote for a new system it was $9000

David Glasford from Neffsville Plumbing and Heating Services arrived on time and was very professional. He explained my water heater issue in terms I could understand, and gave me many options that would fit my budget. He advised me of items I needed as well as items that would be nice but were not overly necessary. Very personable and down to earth. Will request him personally in the future if needed.

Unfortunate things happen when you own a home. This morning, our water heater was leaking. I wasn't sure who to call, but I saw a lot of Neffsville trucks in my neighborhood in the past few weeks so I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did! The staff that answered the phone was very helpful and got a team member out to our house first thing. No one likes surprise expenses, but Chris and the Neffsville team took the worry out of fixing and replacing our water heater. Thank you!

Andrew and the whole team as Neffsville Plumbing and Heating were great. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home (and my curious cat as well!) They explained what and why they were doing things and provided me with several different options so I could decide what was best for my family. I would gladly work with them again.

Scheduled to have propane furnace serviced/check up and was offered promotional offer. Expected to have burner checked and fuel/air ratio checked to ensure furnace is running at max efficiency. Technician arrived and did not do ANYTHING other than remove cover and say the furnace is an 80% efficient furnace, off brand and then wanted to sell a new furnace for $9000 - $11,000. Oh and then he wanted to replace the blower motor for $750 - $950 when there's not an issue with the blower motor. I'm an electrician by trade and if the blower motor was bad, I would have replaced it myself prior. Neffsville Plumbing & Heating Services are trying to take advantage of whoever they can. Recommend any other company other than this one. Anyone else who is fair and does not try to take advantage of the home owner. I could not be at the house for the service call and my son was there and ended up paying them. They will never be called by my family again and hopefully this will help others to not be taken advantage of by this company.

Installed my new furnace. Arrived on time, and did the work quickly, and Installed the new equipment as promised. They removed the old furnace, and cleaned up after themselves. Quality workmanship!

I called and after a brief recorded response was connected to an after-hours receptionist that promptly got my information and told me that I’d receive a callback with the timing for a plumber to fix my emergency situation.

An hour later I got a call that someone was in their way, minutes later I received a text from the assigned tech and 45 minutes later he was in my house diagnosing the problem. Total time from call - three hours.

The tech was knowledgeable and disclosed cost alternatives up front - worst case, likely case, and if the stars aligned. He went to work and the stars aligned…the overall cost was fair given it was a Sunday and I didn’t have water in the house.

I’d call them in a pinch.

Tech came out and was very professional. He spoke to me with intelligence and not like a woman who did not know her way around. Very refreshing. Took care of the issue quickly and I was back in business. Thank you young man and thank you Neffsville plumbing for hiring someone who can show care to both the issue and the people!!!!!

I needed a slow drain fixed and a shower ķnob replaced. My technician was Dave, and he explained what was done. He also gave me a tip on how to keep my bath/shower looking great. Thanx again Dave. 👍 - Trisha💋

Tim was efficient and extremely thorough in installing a new water line from our fridge, new water heater and water expansion pump. Our old water line burst in the middle of the night and Neffsville was able to come to the rescue first thing! I can't thank the team enough!
