Water heater went out in the am. Neffsville showed up an hour later and had everything instock and installed water heater and water softer same day. This company rocks! Tim the the tech was awsome!

They charge $904 to hook up an existing sink. Even if you have all of the parts. I asked the tech why, and he said “the expertise.” He also forgot to turn my water back on and I ran my dishwasher with no water for a complete cycle. Never again with this business.

BEWARE. I called Neffsville, "We do it right the first time" plumbing to repair a leaking valve on my bathtub. It would have required a rubber washer and possibly a valve seat. He said he didn't have the parts on his truck, but he proposed replacing everything for either $1600.00 or $2200.00. I paid the $57.50 travel fee, and I'm left with the same leaking valve. Truly pathetic disservice. Neffsville, please do not write a response to this review, you ripped me off fair and square.

It was one of the greatest experiences. I have had a professional repairing part of my home or fixing something. I don’t think there’s any better than Jerry Crump. I appreciate it made me feel good again.

I called Neffsville plumbing with multiple issues regarding gas and plumbing in our new house. Brendan came out within 2 hours of my initial phone call and spent 5 hours doing work. He added 4 shut off valves, a new sink for the washer and helped to install our new refrigerator and washer. He was honest and very informative throughout the process and even lended an extra hand moving some things. He was incredibly helpful and made this stressful process much less stressful. I will use Neffsville for everything going forward.

The guys at Neffsville did a great job running new washer/dryer hookups to a different part of my house that required cutting through concrete to lay pipes and conduit. It was a big job, but they did it quickly and with quality. Very happy with the result.
