Dec 2018: .Can anyone confirm if the company is still in business? I have not received a follow-up call from the website, and am unable to leave a message at the office number. It would be a shame, Dustin was a nice alternative to the faceless HVAC conglomerates.

2017
Dustin saved my bacon by doing a last minute mini-split install on the Saturday directly before a Sunday Open House. Quick, professional, personable, and reasonably priced.

Where do I start? I called Dustin on a saturday afternoon and left a message fully expecting to not hear a call back until monday sometime because of it being the weekend. Dustin returned my call shortly after I called and arranged a appointment to come out and diagnose our A/C problem. Dustin was not only punctual, he was even a little early. We were told what our problem was (dead compressor) and were given multiple options (repair, full replacement and different replacement options) and gave us his recommendation based on the age of the unit and the type of the repair needed that we replace the unit (about 13 years old) he gave us multiple detailed quotes very quickly and was very easy to reach and communicate through the ENTIRE process. His company also works with wellsfargo which made this whole thing possible for us which is interest free for 5 years (holy cow its a free loan if paid off in the 5 years - which is about $98 a month for us for our job) Dustin arrived on time again on the date of install and replaced our system, went over the thermostat and all of its functions and did a VERY neat and tidy job and left no mess behind. Sorry for gushing over this experience but too many people only write reviews just to complain anymore. Our experience with Dustin and "high efficiency solutions" was terrific because we got everything we paid for... and more. You wont be disappointed going with a professional like Dustin.

Dustin has done several maintenance and repair jobs for me at my house. Every time the work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I recommend anyone with HVAC needs should give Dustin a call.

Heating and Air Conditioning is an area that I can say honestly say I knew nothing about so I was nervous when it came time to speak with a contractor. With that being said, I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and honesty I received from Dustin and his team at High Efficiency solutions. They were so helpful and I would confidently recommend that anyone in the market for any HVAC related work talk to them first.

Update 2018:
Tried calling Dustin several times over the past month but not response or calm back. Tried phone call as well as message from the website. Having issues with the unit he installed 2 years ago. I am not sure why he doesn’t return phone calls.

We had High Efficiency Solutions out to service our AC unit. They were on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They gave us some great advice on trying to even out the temperature on the second floor and it has made a huge difference. They are fantastic!!!

Called Dustin on Memorial day evening & left a message & he called me back within an hour & was willing to come out that night. Our AC wasn't doing its job. Set at 69 but the temp in the house was 81 degrees. We knew we had a problem. He came out late Tuesday afternoon to get us back up again. He was very professional & respectful of our home & even wore coverings over his shoes. He solved our problem. The temp upstairs is the temp the AC is set at & the temp downstairs is the same. Usually the temp downstairs was a few degrees higher. Now it is the same throughout our whole house. It was a total positive experience & I feel he is someone you can trust which goes along way with me. The cost was right in line as well. No surprises. I would recommend him to a friend for sure. I'm very impressed with the service I received. Very considerate, true professionals and super efficient. Thermostat went out on a 90 degree day and I had a hot store full of customers. High Efficiency Solutions diagnosed and fixed the problem within the hour of my calling. Top notch.
