Nic E. worked efficiently to discover the source of our problem. He trouble shooted several possibilities and was quick to communicate and explain as he went. When he left, our AC unit was once again doing it's job to cool our house. He was polite, thorough, and knowledgeable.

We needed a toilet problem solved....we called Neffsville Plumbing and had a serviceman arrive within half an hour. It was decided that we needed a new toilet. The serviceman, Jerry, arranged for a toilet to be installed right away ( we only have one in the house!).
While preparing to install it, he discovered water damage from a leak. Jerry spent a good part of the day coordinating with the restoration company that would repair the water damage and was a true advocate for us to see that the work was done quickly so that we could have our one bathroom up and running as soon as possible. The necessary work was done quickly and thoroughly. We were impressed!

Brandon was very nice and was very good at his job . Now the cost was unbelievable. Took 5 mins at 208.00 to diagnose which was a element on a brand new water heater . From Lowes never again 6 days without hot water .

This was our first time using Neffsville. Gabe arrived promptly at 8 AM and walked through the house looking at various issues with us. He proceeded to provide us with quotes for the repairs and upgrades he could do. Our main issue was the bathroom sink backing up. Gabe also noticed that our water pressure regulator wasn’t working. He ended up replacing some of the piping from the sink, replacing the regulator and fixing how the bladder on the boiler was installed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. We were both happy with his work. Our drain is working properly and we have noticed that our hot water heat system is quieter since the repairs. Thank you Gabe and thank you Neffsville!

I cannot say enough good things about Shawn! He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what problems we had and how he would fix them. Shawn went above and beyond our expectations and he was very professional and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did and I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know!

Chris is great he’s done several things in our home and has been excellent and professional kind and courteous and obviously knows his stuff . We have Neffsville P&H take care of all our needs.

The tech showed up on time to assist with my water heater issue. Hw got it fixed, was really polite and accommodating. Definitely recommend him and the company for any plumbing issues

Tim was polite and so knowledgeable about the products and prices available. I was able to make an informed decision while purchasing a new hot water heater and water softener. This company is amazing.. they came out right away and Tim stayed until the job was completely done.

Bryce fixed a slow leak that was in a hard to get spot. Very professional and also gave us a quote about fixing existing water heater plumbing in crawl space area that was questionable. Very happy with their services and will be calling them to come fix future plumbing issues very soon. 10/10

I will definitely use this business again. Extensive diagnostics with prompt arrival, especially considering that my service was non emergent, I was shocked he arrived so quickly. Not only did he help with my original issues, he talked me through how to try a few things on my own, and really took his time to explain everything. I highly recommend the Neffsville crew.
