Our technician, Aden, was prompt and assessed our plumbing issue quickly. He provided a reasonable estimate of total cost, answered our questions courteously, and completed the work in less time than anticipated! In addition, Aden was friendly and seemed to truly enjoy doing the work. I would highly recommend Neffsville Plumbing for emergency or scheduled plumbing work, especially since Saturdays are treated the same as regular weekdays, with no additional charges. A positive experience overall!

Aden did an incredible job! He was quick to respond, and clear and concise while explaining all our options. He was also the most courteous and polite serviceman we've ever engaged with, constantly confirming details and asking for permission/consent before taking any next steps. The team at Neffsville Plumbing was quick to respond to my inquiry and got me on their schedule right away. My technician, Brad was super helpful…answered all questions I had, was fast to diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot. I highly recommend and we would use them again in the future.

We had a leak under the shower drain which dripped onto the lower basement floor. Neffsville technician Bryan stopped the leak, and also made correction of drain plumbing that had not been installed well by another (not Neffsville) technician. He was courteous, and completed all work on the same day as when called in. Excellent job.

Every person we interacted with at Neffsville was helpful and professional. Brad the tech who came to our house was super knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and also answered additional questions we had about plumbing in our house. We will be using them in future if needed.

Had an issue with my A/C being stuck on heat pump. Contacted neffsville and within minutes i had call backs and had an appt set up for a tech to come check my my system out that same day. All in all it only took 2 hours from the point of me contacting them til it was all said and done and my system was diagnosed. I was expecting them to be very expensive but was informed that they did not charge weekend or holiday fees which worked great because this was on a holiday weekend. Our tech Will E. was very polite and professional and was not pushy. He found our thermostat was bad and I informed him that i could do this repair myself. I had my A/C fixed the very next day and the service call was a very reasonable charge. I will definitely be calling them for any of my future hvac needs.

My wife contacted Neffsville heating and plumbing last night about an issue with our bathtub faucet not shutting off properly. Neffsville was able to have a technician sent to the house the following day by 10:00am, certainly prompt service.

Gabe was the technician that was assigned to our house and I can honestly say that he was able to remove a lot of the stress that calling a plumbing service can cause! He was not only very kind and patient with us but he was able to actually educate me and my wife on some of the finer points to our homes plumbing, how to spot problems, and how the systems such a water heater, thermal expansion tank,all actually work with one another.
It was great to have someone explain what they were doing and why they were doing it as opposed to just being told something needs replaced and fixed "just because".

Gabe went above and beyond for us, just to name some quick for instances; he was in and out of the house multiple times but he never forgot to remove and put on his work shoe "covers" as to not bring in outside debris into the home (something I did not ask for but he saw fit to do) and during these trips he was always willing to entertain my 16 month old son and always had a smile to share with him.

A troublesome home owning experience made simple, so thank you!

Rob Haeusler went above and beyond to fix our air conditioner in a very reasonable amount of time. He was very professional and personable! We will definitely be doing business with Neffsville again!

From the time of calling in to the time of service, everyone at Neffsville were kind, polite and professional. They were able to make an appointment as soon as the next day (Sunday) which was great because we had no hot water and our pipes have been known to freeze up. The day of our appointment, which was between 12pm - 4pm, Antionette ended up calling at 9 and let me know one of the technicians could head over already! Brendan arrived and was awesome. He was very friendly and was easy to talk to. He listened to the problem and went over the options - the simple fix I was looking for vs the more expensive but safest option. I appreciated he did not just say we had to go with the more expensive option. He had everything he needed with him so it went really quick! He did an excellent job and was very efficient. I’d say he was only here for 30 minutes, give or take. I highly recommend Neffsville and Brendan Flores!
