We felt the company was not upfront with the initial cost other than the service call to come out. We were told $56.00 just to come out and that was it. To unclog a clog at the sewer line for someone there to plunge for 10-15 min was $727.00 and then to come out and use a camera to see out the sewer line which didn't happen because he was unable to view out to the street, we did receive a $164.00 credit, but felt an approx dollar figure should have been told from the start, because we would have looked elsewhere for someone to do this, or my husband probably would have been able to do it had we had the time and weren't going into the weekend, where we wanted to save a weekend charge. Who knows what they would have charged us then. We were not happy with the Company and do not plan on using them again, we definitely will shop around.

Neffsville has been so consistent from day 1! They send out a great email with who the technician will be and a little blurb about who they are, definitely makes for a more personal experience. The work is thorough and excellent and they make great recommendations. Recommend to everyone 😊

Update March 2023: neffsville continues to have consistent technicians who provide excellent service! I'm so happy we signed up for the yearly plumbing inspection. They've been able to identify significant issues that I was unaware of in our older home. Thanks for keeping our family safe!

We knew our sump pump was starting to fail, called Neffsville plumbing and heating to have it checked. Our technician arrived 30 minutes later. Jaron Fox assessed the situation, gave us choices for the repairs (which is amazing since it allows flexibility with cost) and once we settled on a repair, they went to work. Everything was completed the same day. Jaron was a true professional, had answers to all questions and did a perfect installation. I recommend Neffsville plumbing and heating for all your needs. Very responsive, extremely professional, every time we have used this company the service technicians have bee fabulous!

Bryce was great at communicating as I am 8 hours away from my home with a faulty water heater. He was clear, concise and completed work from call to finish in 4 hours!

Standard yearly AC inspection. Was very knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain all the details of his recommendations for keeping our ac system running efficiently. Highly recommend this company.

Both technicians did a fantastic job. Very polite and respectful. Very happy with the service. Give these guys a raise!!! They didn’t give up when running into an issue. I highly respect that they work smarter not harder, as I apply that to my line of work as well.
After speaking on the phone with the office they had a tech out to my home with in a couple hours and after diagnosis ing the problem 2 more technicians came out to begin work even though it was already late in the day. Highly recommend using them and I will definitely be calling them for future needs.

The work (replacement of Water heater) was done efficiently, and on time.

Out of 3 companies we called last night when our well pump and tank went out, Neffsville called us back asap at 7am and got their technician out by 9am. Chris was very professional and had everything done for us by 230.
