We are so happy with Neffsville and their professionalism! A very pleasant surprise is you get an email and or text with the details of your service person so you know who is coming, what they look like and a little about them. Really makes everything feel so much safer! Will never ever call Roto-Ripoff again!

Our AC went out right during the heatwave so I put in a request at 10pm. They called me back by 7am and we had our AC fixed by 9am. Incredibly helpful & kind!

Quick, polite, respectful and excellent work. I would have preferred to know the diagnostic fee and estimated work fee before they came out but we needed it done and they did the job well. Tyler was great.

Neffsville has been my go to when I have heating/cooling or plumbing problems.
Recently, I called because I thought I was having issues with my HVAC unit that they installed 8 years ago (and I've loved it the entire time, without issue....this was my first issue now!), it was having issues cooling (AC pipes were freezing). Ultimately, a new filter was needed. While they were here, they suggested an air scrubber to help with the dust and other things in the air. I also asked if they could get one of their plumbers to come out and give me an estimate for a new water heater, as the one I had was quite old and should get replaced finally.
A few weeks later, I had a new water heater installed. The installer that came was Jeff Zwigard. He was fantastic, and took care of everything, incredibly polite, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Can't recommend them enough!

When other places didn’t have the time of day these folks were available same day as I called!! Brad was such a fantastic technician, we requested his talent for the entire job. Still have to finish up but so far we are beyond pleased with pipe repair and new water heater installation.
We had such a great experience with Brad Adams on the first job (mentioned above) that we asked for him specifically for more items we wanted done in our home!! Today he replaced our bathroom sink, toilet, shower faucets and all the water line shut offs. Fantastic job and great guy!!

Aaron did an amazing job explaining, a first time home owner, all the maintenance needed to get thr ac system working. After the visited, he emailed me a report with pictures of everything done. Will surely use this service again!

Our technician and repair man was Gabe and he was amazing! Very polite, explained things well and thoroughly. He completed the project in a timely manner and was helpful with any questions or concerns we had! He insured that I had other options and was accommodating in making sure I got all the services needed and necessary!

Our technician arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem with options for repairing. He was very easy to talk with and helped us understand the problem so we could make the best decision to fix it. He did not pressure us into “buying” anything. Very professional.

We needed an elevated toilet that was easier to get up from. Donald was very easy to talk to and respectful to ask our needs so we would get what we were looking for.
