Shawn replaced our water softener system. He completed the job with speed and efficiency. He made sure he had all necessary parts before beginning, insuring minimum down time. I was impressed by his knowledge and his willingness to answer my questions. I also appreciated his transparency. If he didn't have an answer, he was honest and humble enough to say so, and quickly called the shop to speak with an appropriate technician. We've had excellent service from Neffsville Plumbing throughout the eight years living in Lancaster, and Shawn is a continuation of that excellence. P.S. My wife said she really likes Shawn too.

Quality experience. Was having sediment pull into my whole home water filter. Chris was able to come out and give a thorough examination to reveal that I needed not only a new well pump, but also needed some upgrades to my water treatment (water is too acidic). His service was fast and professional and the job was completed the same day he came out to assess my problem. I am beyond pleased with the work he and the team performed and will definitely be using Neffsville in the future.

This is my second time using this company and specifically asking for Jerry who did the first job. Like the first time, Jerry was early, professional, responsive, and did a great job.

Aaron Harris came to my father's house to fix his furnace he was very professional and thorough went above and beyond. I would recommend Neffsville plumbing and
heating to anyone that wants an honest company to come do work at their house. As a matter of fact I'm going to have them come service my furnace. Finally December 29th I had Aaron Harris come service my furnace he did a great job and very happy with his work my furnace is working great my house is nice warm. I recommend neffsville heating and plumbing they have a good honest crew there. That does a great job.

We have been using Neffsville for the past 4 years and have always been very happy with the service. We recently had an issue with a leaky toilet that was causing water problems in our basement. Jerry, our technician, did an excellent job diagnosing the problem as well as pointing out some other troublesome spots he noticed. He even made himself available during off hours and was responsive to all questions. Above and beyond 100%. Thank you for the excellent service and we look forward to using you in the future.

AC stopped working right as it got hot...Of Course...Had a very positive experience with the technician Rob. I was very appreciative of the fact that they gave me multiple quotes and then the quote I chose when upon finding the issue was not as bad as they thought it was, quickly adjusted to a much lower price. Also decided to go with the yearly service plan for all the added benefits and affordable cost. Would definitely recommend.

HVAC installation. These guys are awesome!!! So friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Worth paying a little more.

We woke up to a burst pipe and Neffsville Plumbing took our call before 8am and had someone on scene by 10am. Bryce was professional and knowledgeable and gave quotes for the work that needed to be done. He was able to get everything fixed within hours!
