Hendrix has helped us with several issues at 2 locations and we are always pleased with their service. Everyone from the office to the sales team to the technicians have all been very kind, friendly and professional. We always feel cared about and the work they do has always been excellent. They have done absolutely everything possible to make sure we are satisfied and that is why they are the first we call and recommend for HVAC needs.

We used Hendrix to replace our ancient furnace and also install a heat pump. Every step of the process was seamless, every employee was professional and friendly, and we are so happy with the results!

Sean was a great person to work with! He was thorough, answered our questions, and more importantly, understood the product and installation process. The owners, Carla and Roger, are people who put their employees and customers first! This comes through in the way their employees (and contractors, like electrical) work very well together! The electrician commented on how she likes working with the Hendrix's team because if she needs any assistance she knows she can count on them. The team that did our install was polite, professional, and personable. They were very organized and efficient to the point that we couldn't believe they were already done! We were very impressed and would recommend Hendrix's to anyone who is in the market for a HVAC or Ductless Heating & AC System.

Bobby came out today for a low voltage fault. He was on time, professional and found the issue quickly. He put up with me asking questions the whole time and was a pleasure to have a conversation with. Great work guys!

We had an excellent experience with Hendrix. They were well recommended by our neighbors and wouldn't think twice about using them again. Our 40 year old furnace went up in flames, literally, and Hendrix responded quickly. They provided us options for what we needed and nothing more. During the usual fall PM visit covering our furnace and single ductless unit, I asked Jesse for his thoughts on getting air conditioning for our home. Jesse advised me to consider having a full-home AC installed in our two-year old furnace instead of a second ductless unit. I contacted Hendrix and arranged for a visit. Luke came over and gave us a detailed proposal. We were very impressed with Luke. Then we arranged to have the unit installed during the spring. The install took most of the day, and the two fellows were very professional, communicative, and informative. A few days after the install Luke did an inspection and all was good. I have complete confidence in Hendrix. Over the past 40 years they have installed three furnaces and an AC, have performed regular PM on our devices, and have always performed admirably.

In the process of remodeling our house, the thermostat was removed. When it was reinstalled, it would not work. We called Hendrix Heating and Bobby came out within an hour and found the problem, fixed it, and did a recheck of all systems. He was professional, polite and thorough. We needed a small repair to the furnace vent so we gave Hendrix a call, as they do all our HVAC work. A repairman came out the next morning and fixed the issue in a few minutes (at no charge). He was professional and careful, and we were very pleased with the experience!

My forced air furnace was giving me trouble and seemed to be on it's way out, so I called around to a few places to get quotes for getting it replaced. When Sean from Hendrix came out to look it over and give us a quote, he not only came in with the best price on the quote, but while looking over our existing furnace noticed that it hadn't been properly configured by the other company that had installed it in the first place. Sean obviously knows his way around furnaces, and couldn't help but re-configure my furnace for me while he was here, for free. To be honest, I wasn't sure that that could fix it, but after the cold spell he went through, the furnace is still running and better than ever! He saved me hundreds of dollars, and a lot of work. I don't know if all your techs are as knowledgeable and professional as Sean, but I highly recommend Hendrix, and a special thank you to Sean!
